Sunday 29th May.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bars (HEXB)
3x Mini baby bell light (HEXA)

Lunch: home made cottage pie left over from yesterday. Will say 4syns because of the gravy granules. Mushrooms, bacon, lean mince, onions, potato/sweet, carrots with steamed veg. Green beans, broccoli and carrots.

Going to a comedy night tonight so might have a few drinks. I drink Malibu and diet coke so that's 4syns each so can't have many.

Didn't have any drink just had diet coke.

Tea: 4 sea food sticks and 1/2 pack of uncle bens special fried rice 2syns.
Aldi probiotic yogurt 3syns.
Strawberries, pear and kiwi.

Monday 30th May.

Breakfast: 28g shreddies topped with chopped strawberries, banana and grapes.

Lunch: salmon with big pile of chopped cucumber, celery, tomatoes and spring onions. With table spoon of Phili light 2syns.

Cadburys light chic moose 3syns.

Peach and a pear.

Tea: home made chicken pie filling without the mash! Chicken, carrots, onions, cabbage ,mushrooms, bacon with gravy. Will say 2syns as it was shared with hub. With steamed veg, green beans, carrots and broccoli.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

I've got the munches just had : alpen light bar 3syns and velvet crunch crisps 4syns.

Just wondered! I'm in pain after Zumba yest! Lol still feeling a bit down... Qualified as of wed :s nervous! X

Tuesday 31st May.
Weighed myself today to see if I had lost the pound I gained last week and I have :) back to 10st 3 now and BMI 26.29 :)

My WI this week will be Saturday due to shifts.

Breakfast: 28g shreddies (HEXB) with milk (HEXA) topped with chopped strawberries, banana, grapes and pear.

Peach.

Lunch: salmon with celery, cucumber tomatoes, spring onion and beetroot and 1table spoon of extra light Mayo 0.5 syn.

Aldi probiotic yogurt 3syns.

Just done a 40 length swim :)

Snack 4 seafood sticks!
1 orange.

Tea: SW wedges with sweet chilli chicken made with light soy sauce and 2table spoons of sweet chilli marinated with courgettes and peppers. With half pouch of uncle bens express rice Thai sweet chilli 1syn as it's shared and steamed veg! Sounds a lot but didn't have much rice or wedges!

Cadburys light choc moose 3syns.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Wednesday 1st of June ( 18 days till Spain :)

Breakfast: 2 alpen light bars pear, grapes banana and kiwi.

Lunch: ham with celery tomatoes and cucumber! No dressing so was very dry !
Aldi yogurt 3syns.

Snack: cadburys light chic moose 3 syns.

Tea: 2small home made burgers made from lean mince with lots of herbs and spices. Jacket potato with 3x baby bell light with extra light Mayo 0.5 syns and steamed veg: green beans, broccoli and carrots.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

Thursday 2nd June.

Breakfast: 2x aplen light bars (HEXB) with chopped banana, kiwi and pear.

Lunch: ham salad with table spoon of coleslaw ( will say 3 syns) and mugshot.

Cadburys light choc moose 3 syns.

1 Orange and a mini milk 1.5 syns.

Tea: Carbonara made with egg, FF natural yogurt, mushrooms, onions and bacon with have it with steamed veg to bump up super free. With (HEXA) low low cheese.
Forgot my fry light as I'm at my grandmas and had to use 2tea spoons of oil 4 syns.
