The Exercise Challenge - July 2011

Ooh Happy birthday and well done for still going to see your personal trainer i would have used it as a perfect excuse to do nowt!

I was planning to do a lot more on Zumba(Wii) however i did my back in last week friday so as this was my first day back, thought i would take it easy but 20 minutes is better than nothing i think! Think im going to go and see my friend today she is a personal trainer so im going to ask her to put me something together together for doing in the home incorporating my back problem.
 
No time like the present :D going to head to the gym after having coffee with a friend...i'd better go and get something to eat! lol
 
I am trying to complete the 10K application so i think that i am going to go for 10 hours and i am not going to include walking my dog in here. Good luck to everyone else.
