Hi all, so sorry I have not been online for so long but have not had the chance, I didn't realise I had not logged in here for 2 weeks :eek: Woah!
Well I have been working so hard at my exercise this month and have done 1 hour 20 minutes every day since July 1st so I have a bit update to do - not done my exercise yet for today though :D

I'm really gutted that i've only been the gym once this week~ i am trying to keep going on wednesdays, fridays and sundays.

I went wednesday, friday i was exhausted after covering at work, and ive got problems with my feet, which were playing up- and i was away all weekend (not reeeeeeeeeeally sticking on plan either- oops!)

But i am going to go to earlier weigh in tomorrow- get the bad news out of the way, have something to nom when im there (mugshot probs) and hit the gym! i started off so well- and want to finish off even better :D

I'm back on track with the exercising. Things have been a bit hectic and as normal for me I look after everyone else and forget about me!!Something many of us do I know :) Anyway I'm looking after my friends dogs for the next 3 weeks and they take a lot of walking!! Eek, i've lost my get up and go- has anyone found it?

just been zapped of energy :( hoping that eating something will help :(

Ugg, i know, eh? I really should just go- im sure i'll be ok once i get there, but im feeling bloated and have cramps...so im all....blah :(
