The Final Fresh Start!! ( I mean it this time!)

Your pics of your burgers made me crave them!! So opted for a large lunch of burger and chips!! Will have a smaller tea later before netball.
Chips are a success this time, baby loves them two so that's a double success!! Xx

Sounds yum! I bet being on slimming world is the best plan if you have a family. I have no kids but I imagine its great not having to cook separate meals for the little ones.

Dinner

Fishcakes didn't really turn out as planned - didn't bind together to greatly but I didn't follow a recipe, just freestyled. Made 3 massive fishcakes each but could only manage two!

Dinner took forever so before I had pastrami with my second slice of cheese and a touch of mustard (1 syn)

Also had a muller light greek style lemon for 1/2 syn after dinner (these are so worth it!)

EL Mayo at lunch (1 syn)

Sweet Chilli with dip dinner (2 syns)

Total syns 4.5 and Im done for the day (10 syns to put towards Saturday - That will get me a nice drink :p)
 
Breakfast this morning was a bit indulgent and yummy!

Smoked Salmon, Wholemeal roll (HEB) Smoked Salmon, Spinach, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard (1 syn), 2 EL Laughing Cow (1/3 HEA)

For Lunch I'm thinking pasta with some kind of concoction including superfree and 4 EL Laughing Cow for the rest of my HEA.

No idea about dinner yet. Plan to snack on fruit throughout the day.

Lunch was spaghetti with quark, mushrooms, onions, garlic, spinach and 4 laughing cows ( the rest of my HEA ), roast turkey and chilli flakes (I'm always a bit heavy handed with chilli flakes!)

Dinner was a bit of a cop out tbh! I didn't really fancy anything fancy...I wanted something really simple like a sausage sandwich but obviously I'm trying to low syn! So the alternative was fried egg, beans and potatoes. I was still hungry after...took every little bit of willpower not to make a quick sandwich ! It was a little naughty as no superfree...but I guess no syns when your craving junk is an achievement!

He A - 6 EL Laughing Cow
He B - Wholemeal Roll
Syns - Mustard @ Breakfast (1 syn), 3 Dashes of milk through the day (1.5) I was going to put the Muller After Dinner Mint I just had down but I just googled and looks like they're free? Wow I never knew that!

Total Syns: 2.5 - Really pleased with that - my running total I've saved for Saturday is now 23 :)

EDIT: I just realised that I made too much pasta and only ate half, saving half for tomorrow... which means I didn't get my full HE A... I probably did with my milk so probably shouldn't have synned it! Ah well

Crappy day! Want to curl up in a ball and sleep...but I kept on plan and thats the main thing!

HE A : 1 slice of low low cheese, 2 EL Laughing Cow, Milk in teas and coffee

HE B : 2 x 400g loaf

Syns: 6 x Heck Chicken Sausages for breakfast and dinner (2) Tbsp Ketchup (1) I might have an alpen light to a measly attempt to ease the choc craving.
