Saturday 12th December 2015
Breakfast - 3 cups of melted fudge tea, banana
Lunch - Ham salad ( salad leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, peppers), dressing (2 syns), bahji bread (HexB+3 syns), 3 cups of ginger bread tea
Snack - 1 sweet crepe (9 syns), black coffee
Dinner - leftover spag bol, salad ( leaves, basil, coriander, pepper, tom, cue), 3 cups of ginger bread tea, clementine
Snack - mango
Exercise - 1/2 mile walk, up & down stairs
Total syns = 14
It is from Twinnings - Green tea with melted fudge flavour. They sel it in most major supermarkets. I prefer caramalised apple and ginger bread one to this one.What is melted fudge tea? Sounds delicious.

I am still bloated. Keep drinking more water to see if I can get rid of it. Also going to start some exercise- only walking on spot ( walking with lesley sansone) to see if it will do anything.
