Anyway it doesn't matter if you don't reach your target this month next month or even next year, the point is that you will! I believe in you. After all you know what you are doing as showed in your advice to me and to others, so its just a matter of time til you get what you truly deserve!

Hi ya Everyone, been to the Lake district on holiday this week so i haven't posted much. I did find a class though on Tuesday and my loss was a 1lb was a little disheartned but can't complain. I have been doing my best to stick to plan, even when my ma and pa came to visit (they had a chippy) i waited till the had left and had SW chips poached eggs and spaghetti. I even fought off the demons today on the way home. We stopped off at Gretna outlet village we were all so hungry but we didn't let the Subway tempt us!!
