right kids had my weigh in after my month off and if i lose what i want too by August 25 i should be 11.3 bringing my bmi in at 23.2 woot woot hotpants here i come
just etting you know kids i maintained this week which i don't understand as i went to the gym 5 out of 7 days i am not worrying as i think i might just be converting to muscle as i haven eaten anything i haven synned , has anyone else found this?
