OK, so my new goal is to get to 13 stone by the end of the year. I'm hoping I'll be back to 14stone after a week one loss, so that's a stone in 6 weeks, which hopefully is doable.
I've also been thinking about the whole 80/20 thing. That the first 80% takes 20% of the effort, and the last 20% takes 80% of the effort. Well, I've done the first 80%, and I think I've then slacked off and hope the last bit would just kind of fall off. Thinking about it, I'm starting to realise that in someways I need even more determination / motivation / commitment to see it through these last couple of stone.
I know I've said it before, but I still mean it, I really want to get all the way to a healthy weight, and want to find a way to get through this last 20% or so.
Just about to work on a new star / weight loss chart to put up in the kitchen to try and help keep me on track / focused!
