The last 100 metres!

Hey guys!! I've got my week 1 weigh in and measurements today as well but I think I will weigh myself again tomorrow morning as well since my appt isn't till 5pm today! Will update u with results... Hopefully I've lost something lol! I was naughty yesterday though and couldn't resist a lovely hot veg Fajita from Chipotle! Felt so guilty afterwards but I had to have it coz I tasted it after 3 years plus this was my first take out food in 3.5 weeks so I guess it is okay right? Lol!

good luck with your weigh in! You'll have lost for sure. Don't worry about yday, just put it behind you and carry on :) it's only human to slip up x
 
Just back from my appt, it went really well! I lost 2inches from my waist! :D I will post my weight loss after double checking it with my scale first thing in the morning!

Am going to adjust my goal weight for now as my consultant strongly urged me to. If I need to lower it then I always can x
 
Boys! They expect you to always be on their time but then keep you waiting and waiting! Or is it just *my* boy??!?!

And then so blahzay (sp?) about it!
 
Just got back too! Lost 1.5 inches off my waist but weight loss wasn't that great - only lost 2lbs this week :-( Was hoping to lose a bit more obviously... Is it worth me carrying on still? Got another weeks worth of shakes etc but what's the normal weight loss per week? I swear it was more than this!!

Don't lose heart hon. Some of it might be some of the food weight that hasn't yet passed through (gross, sorry!) Ultimately, inches are more important! You'd much rather be a trim, toned size 8 but weigh more than weigh less but be a lumpy 12! And you exercise. Exercise builds muscle, muscle weighs more but takes up less space, making a 9 stone toned person with a lot of muscle a completely different shape and size to a 9 stone person with less muscle and more fat!


As to what the average loss per week is, I don't know as I'm completely new to this, only been on it for a week so only had one weeks weigh in and experience of weight loss. Sorry hon, but don't lose heart :) if you've only got a little to lose it'll be slower i know.
 
Hungry again tonight :-/ are other people hungry? Or have they been? Or is it just me?????? :confused:

If I think I'm hungry I'm usually bored, but saying that you do so much exercise you might be hungry!

I've felt like that a lot lately though, but for me I'm sure it's the anticipation of knowing I'm eating soon... I was like it last time!

Not being particularly helpful here. I guess it's just a challenge to overcome and keep that willpower were gonna need the rest of our lives...

Could be the exercise... Am burning off more than I consume when i exercise so could be that... Trying to see it as if I'm hungry my body is working off weight!
How was your weigh in Ria? Just about to do mine now....

9.5 lbs down!!!!!!!!! Woop woop woop! Into the 10s!!!!!! :D

soooooooo pleased (can you tell??!?) AND, 2 inches off my waist! :D

Yeah ur right I've always believed inch loss is more imp for me compared to what's on the scales plus yeah I am working out 5 times a week so the weight could be muscle building up :) I'm just into the 10s too but coz I'm a short ass of just 5 foot it looks soooo much more on me compared to someone who's tall! Yes will hang in here and try to be really good once again this week! Have a big family engagement ceremony/party this Sat and definitely will be a cheat day that day I won't be able to survive without some nice food and drink ;-) but will try to be really good rest of the week! Lol!
