Still alive! Actually we only did 30mns - jogging and stretching so not too bad... He asked me for 2 concrete goals... he's going to get me in shape for the women's volley team tryouts in September and a color me rad race scheduled in November. So I'm actually glad he came because though I've wanted to do these things..
They were never really "formalized".
We convened to meet 2x a week for a month right now .... Assessments and goals - measurements and food diary o_O Didn't tell him I'm on Exante. One thing at a time, may move up from TS we'll see

THEN and this is hard - try some clothes for next weekend and pray my white outfit fits better than 3 weeks ago
 
Booohooo.. Ok so must be TOM soon and too much time on my hand. Went down to get a yummy bar... And no more :eek:
Why?? Because my daughter ate the last 2!!!
I've been tearing up the kitchen closet for nothing... She texted me that she'd forgotten to tell me she took my bars for snack because they're delicious (ok) and there was nothing else (seriously doubt that) and she took 2 because 1 wasn't enough (whaaat?? That's 2 meals for me thank you very much!!)
And now I want to cry because my order won't be here until Tuesday or Wednesday at the soonest!
Why why why?? I was looking forward to a chocolate orange bar :grumble::rant:

So that message didn't go through... My daughter apologized but it won't bring bars back
I ended having a meal with the family
Thai chicken and veggies with wild rice. Didn't touch the rice and my chicken portion was sauceless thanks to a thoughtful chef!
I'm not fretting about it, I'm just writing it to be accountable - I must have inhaled it because I feel like I ate a truck!

Thanks SarahDr! maybe my body needed a kickstart - whatever it was, I'll take it. I have to be 100% until next weekend - I have a big wedding to attend spanning over 3 days.
 
Fab weight loss well done you! Especially with the disappearing bars. You made wise choices though - I'm still at the stage where I'd have reached for the crisps.

Do you check the site on a phone? One thing I learnt is if I tip my phone sideways it shows me people's signatures and often they put their weight loss there lol
 
Yeah I'm on my phone. Didn't think to try that!
 
Thanks MrsN - that's 32lbs off and the frustrating thing is I'm STILL the same clothes size - from last time, I know I have to lose another 15-20lbs to get to the next size.

Note to self - get on that scale weekly when I'm at goal, jsyt because the clothes fit doesn't mean I'm not gaining!
