Lunch - chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, diet yoghurt

Snacks - apples, plum, satsuma, pear


Dinner - 2 eat smart 60% less fat sausages (1), jacket potato (hexb) with edam (hexa), baked beans (4), diet yoghurt

Hoping for a good loss this week. Last week was very bloated and felt heavy before I even got near scales - why do I always feel lighter on a Tuesday when I weigh in on a Wednesday?


 
Wintry Wednesday - red

Lunch - ham, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, vlf cottage cheese, diet yoghurt

Snacks - apples, plum, satsuma, pear, sw cheesecake - hifi (hexb), quark, sweetener & options white (2)


Dinner - mushroom omelette with edam (hexa) & tomato

Syns for the day - 2 (will add to next week)

It's been a good week so should have a good loss - I'd love 3 but realistically I'd be happy with 2.

Thankful Thursday

Woohoo lost 4lbs last night & sotw, well chuffed.

Menu today - orange

Breakfast - weetabix (hexb), milk (hexa) & banana

Lunch - smoked salmon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, vlf cottage cheese, diet yoghurt

Snacks - apples, plums, satsuma, pear, sw cheesecake (5)(hifi - 3, options - 2, quark, sweetener)

Dinner - maggi chicken / gravy (5), potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, swede, parsnip, leeks

Last day at work for a week, probably won't update diary while I'm away.

Monday madness

The last week has been ok (ish). I found a sw group so wi on Wednesday although it was a morning wi not the evening I'm used to so I'm a bit sceptical about the 2lb loss but it did take me to 2.5 stone which I'm pleased about. My C text to say she'd checked my wi and I was sotm again - woo hoo 3 months in a row. Here's last weeks offerings;

Sunday 23 - orange

Breakfast - Weetabix (hexb), milk (hexa), banana

Lunch - Beef, sprouts, carrots, swede, broccoli, mash, gravy (3)

Dinner - Sw quiche, apple, pear, yoghurt (2)

Thinking of a Tuesday

I know some people work on the once you've eaten it don't think about it principle but for me I need to record what I've eaten or I feel out of control which leads to me going off the rails and I go into 'sod it' mode. I kept a list of what I'd eaten (good & bad) last week which I've just put into previous entry and I feel much better for seeing it written down. :)

Weigh in Wednesday

I wonder what tonight will bring. I'm not expecting a big loss (I never do) but I don't think I deserve a gain either - perhaps that's just me over-analysing things. I'm a bit ocd on this but if I relax and don't write down everything then I do lose it and I am determined not to do that again!

Thursday

I lost 1lb last night, which is my lowest loss since I started. I actually believe it's more to do with weighing at a different time last week, so 3lb in 2 weeks rather than 2 & 1 iykwim. So where does this leave me - oh yes only another 100 to go! I'd like to get into the 16s next week.

I have lost fairly well until the last 4 weeks and I have hovered around the 16s 2lb mark. I would really love to be in the 15s before xmas.
