Thanks guys - only a couple of days left!

Think my shakes will run out on Saturday - going to try and just eat protein for the next week i.e eggs, chicken, fish - going to stay away from veg until the following week them I'm thinking of trying SW for the first time.
 
Going to weigh in boots tomorrow as I dont trust my scales....

I've got 2 1/2 days worth of shakes left - so I'm going to have a chicken salad saturday (Lee is taking me for a meal and I've look at the menu in advance)....
 
Bit of a change of plan - I had a boiled egg instead of my last shake today :(

Also I'm going for a meal tomorrow instead of Saturday...

Will update weight tomorrow - I have really had enough of shakes now after Saturday I'm throwing out my shaker and I'm not having another shake again (hope I can maintain lol)
 
Weight this morning - 145.6lb (10st 6)

L- couldn't stoumach a shake - had some cherry tomatoes
D - Some kind of meat and cloeslaw - going to Southern Eleven for a meal :)

Picked up some tesco meal bars for work - gonna stay low carb and have chicken and eggs etc for evening meals

Yeah moving to SW I think - got a book from someone in work - just seems like a lot of food and don't think I'll lose weight..

I'm sticking 2 low carb for the next week - then I'll go 2 SW after I've been paid on the 5th Feb..

im TFR.. totally on CD got my tetra's so i should be fine again :)

yes i have always thought SW u ate alot but its health foods that keep u fuller for longer. Give a good bash i know 2 friends on the diet and seem to be doing great.
 
Just totally depressed myself - I'm supposed to be going out next Saturday so decided to try some clothes on - NOTHING FITS :(

I've got 2 size 12 lipsy dressed that won't do up :( even a 14 playsuits that doesn't fit... I've not been out in ages (didn't go out over Xmas etc) so I've had no reason to try clothes on - didn't realise how much bigger I've got :(

Next week - I did see some nice dresses in new look yesterday..
Me and Lee have decided not 2 go out next week - think were gonna wait until valentines and have a romantic meal :)

Looking good Sarah :) I'm adapting CD 810 from today hope it works with plenty of exercise got Zumba tonight.

Im rubbish - had a pack of crisp and a bar of galaxy in work - grrrrr!!!
