Ooh my dinner was the same without the potato!

I think if u do a whole ss week with no treats u may find it hard at the end of the wk, so if u feel u need something I would advise u allow urself it even if its only 1 treat in the whole wk! Having done sf before I no its extremely hard not having any weeklies or treats but obviously if u can do it with no treats thats brill I just dont want u to get deprived and end up having a slip up :-D

I think after last night I am well over my 49 weeklies so shouldnt have a treat. I did think about pointing it instead but will see as the week goes on but if I do need a treat I will have one

Well I did take a picture of dinner but I don't know what happened to it. It was Shepherds pie and it was actually quite nice considering its one of my least favourite meals.

Topped of with bread and butter pudding and custard :( fail

B - porridge and berries
L - ham and egg salad
D - bolognese

Snacks fruit and greek yoghurt

Well this week just goes from bad to worse. Chinese and cake for dinner.

Ok so decision was enjoy cake and chinese. Put my last 3 disastrous days behind me and start again tomorrow.

Not weighing in for 12 days so will do simple start with 2 treats for those 12 days.

Hello! Is it the ss that is making u find it hard to say no to other foods, ss has very plain foods where as on pp u could have Chinese? I wouldn't worry about slipping up, the fact u keep trying to get back on track is really good and the most important thing, I no once I slip up I find it extremely hard to get back on track!

No its just been life. I knew I had a meal out on saturday for my step daughters birthday and had planed to be good but kind of got railroaded into cocktail and pudding. Yesterday was husbands surprise to me - he doesnt have a weight problem so doesn't understand amd Today was the celebration of her actual birthday (which is tomorrow but she is out) so once tonight is out the way I will be fine. I did panic at the thought of no weeklies or treats which is why I decided the 12 day run.

I did think about pp but as I havent weighed anything the last few days I have no idea on real points so would rathee just draw the line and start again.

Sounds like a very busy week! Sometimes weeks like that is impossible to keep to ur plan esp on a ss week! No point pointing it now just start a fresh.

Ok so day 1 restart today.

L - jacket potato and beans
D - egg, chips and beans

Snacks - chocolate and vanilla biscuit and I will also probably have a ww chocolate tonight

Fruit, fruit salad and greek yoghurt and if I need pudding I will make pancakes.

I think this is the right approach. I have taken the view that sometimes life has to rank equal to the diet. My view is that indulgences are allowed provided they are mindful and pre-planned rather than impulsive face stuffing exercises!

I have accepted that Xmas, birthdays and celebrations will result in mindful indulgences that I can look forward to. This regime is here for the long haul and opportunities to live a little should be guilt free and enjoyable. Would be very dull otherwise.

Good luck with getting back on it.
 
Thanks guys and Maria that is totally my philospohy. I would be the first to tell anyone else it but its harder puttjng knto practise!!

Anyway day one of 12 and I was perfect.

3 meals, pancakes for pudding and fruit salad and fruit all day. Nearly 3 litres of water drunk.

Feel very pleased with myself.

Sorry for my absence. Things have been not good the last few days and mind hasnt really been on food or anything as was evident by my 2 and a half pound gain on the scales.

So im moving on from today and starting afresh for the millionth time, however am in the process of booking a holiday do at least I have some motivation.

Todays food has been good. I am doing simple start with my 49 weeklies.

B - fruit salad
L - ham salad warburton thin
D - steak and chips (2pp ketchup)
Pudding - apple strudal made with a ww wrap and greek yoghurt
Snacks - ww crisps (2pp)
