Thanks everyone! Still absolutely buzzing. Had my Indian last night but went a bit over on Syns with a slice of coffee and walnut cake, a few sweeties and a bottle of bud. Back on it today though!

Not long woken up. Just having a pint of NAS squash and 2 Rocky Roads for breakfast - will do my diary properly when I get home.

If I'm honest a lot of my meals aren't planned lately. Being with Warren and being a lot more busy lately has meant I often just grab what I can when I can. But what I used to do was think what was in the house - go through the cupboards if you need to - and then plan meals around that. For example, if I knew I had weight watchers pitta breads in I might plan to have a pizza with them one night. Probably with some wedges (always have potatoes in the cupboard). If I have any chicken in the freezer I might make chicken kebab, etc.

For me, breakfast is usually fruit and lunch (when I'm at work) is a salad from Tesco / Subway. So it would only have been my dinners I'd have to plan.

Have a browse through the recipes on here too - maybe pick some you like, make a note of the ingredients and go and do a shop. Then plan to have something different each day :) xxx

- Pasta with Quorn Meatballs (S), Peppers (S) and Red Onion (S) in a Spicy Tomato Sauce (Chopped Tomatoes (S), Garlic and Chilli), topped with Cheese (HExA). Served with Salad (Lettuce (S), Cucumber (S), Onion (S), Peas (SS) and Tomato (S))

Other:
- Mint Crunch HiFi (HExB)
- 2 x 300ml bottles of Budweiser (12 Syns)

Healthy Extra A: 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
Healthy Extra B: 2 x HiFi Light & 1 x HiFi

Daily Syns: 12
Weekly Syns: 12 / 105

Actually, scratch that! Having 2 300ml bottles of Budweiser instead, 12 Syns for the two. Will update my diary properly on the laptop tomorrow!

Wow I miss the days when I could eat those. I know I still can for 12.5 syns but then I use my syns for lots of other stuff too so would prob end up eating the whole chocolate and some more. I wish they did it in fun size :D for maybe 5 syns lol.

You know Babs brings far too much chocolate round, well I sometimes cut chocolate in half especially things like double deckers which are high in syns, Bob thinks I'm silly.

Not silly at all, it's pretty clever I'd say! I still have my double decker in the fridge so I may have half of it later for less Syns, yummy! They are mine and Warrens favourite lol, he can have the other half :)
 
It sounds like you all have far more self control than me
I'd cut it in half & still eat the whole lot haha
