Good morning diary, Happy Hump Day!! If you stand on your tippy toes you can just about see the weekend
Still really gobsmacked (but chuffed!) about my weight loss last night. It definitely gives you a boost having 3 great losses on the trot - I've lost 8lb in the last 3 weeks alone!! I'm determined to keep it up, too.
Definitely think I'm going to have to keep an eye on things this week, as I don't want last weeks little "blip" to catch up with me in any way. My plan of action for this week is to cut down my weekly Syns to 70, rather than 105. I know I went well over my weekly Syns last week so I just want to reign that back in a bit. I'm also going to focus on lots of SuperFree, Speed and SuperSpeed foods this week. And hopefully back to Bokwa on Monday!
I've dusted off my halo and I'm ready for the perfect week. Haven't planned my meals yet (going to do that next), so today will be updated as I go along.
I'm starting off with a Green day . . .
(S) = Speed (SS) = SuperSpeed
Breakfast:
- Apple (S), Pineapple (S), Strawberries (SS) and Grapes
Lunch:
- Carrot Sticks (S)
- 2 x BabyBel (HExA)
- Chicken and Sweetcorn Mug Shot
Dinner:
- Quorn Chilli (Quorn Mince (S), Mushrooms (S), Peppers (S), Red Onion (S), Chopped Tomatoes (S), Heinz Fiery Chilli Beans (SS), Garlic & Chilli flakes (S) and Chilli Powder) served with Rice
- Chocolate and Orange HiFi (HExB)
Other:
- Options Hot Chocolate (2 Syns) made up with Milk (HExA) and Sweetener
- Special K Dark Chocolate Chewy Delight (HExB)
Healthy A: 2 x BabyBel Original & 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
Healthy B: 1 x HiFi & 1 x Special K Chewy Delight
Daily Syns: 2 / 10
Weekly Syns: 2 / 70
