Ooooh, I have saved myself 1 Syn in total then as I'd had one yesterday and counted that as 3.5 too! Don't know why I had that number in my head. Thanks hun xx
 
Morning diary! A really wet and miserable day here today, but at least it's Friday :)

I am feeling quite stiff this morning, so will not be doing a class tonight. I don't want to end up completely crippled. I won't be going out though, I'm determined to keep this a 100% week. Plus, I'm planning on doing two classes early tomorrow morning (provided my body is feeling better), so I need to be up and ready for those.

Anyway, I'm mixing it up a bit today and having a Red day . . .

- Vegetable Stir Fry (Peppers (S), Red Onion (S), Mushrooms (S) and Carrots (S)) with Tesco's Sweet Chilli Chicken Pieces (S)

- 2 x Mini Milkybar (7 Syns)
- Special K Dark Chocolate Chewy Delight (HExB)

Healthy A:
Healthy B: 35g Porridge Oats & 1 x Special K Chewy Delight

Thanks hun. Arms and legs have really calmed down but still going to give tonight a miss, let my body fully rest. Maybe a little TMI, but I have really been struggling with trapped wind most of the day :eek: I'm crippled! xx

Best to rest when we're acheing I think! The trapped wind must be from something you've eaten, had some pasta? X

I've eaten baked beans the last two nights with tea, so it's probably them. Just drinking a cup of peppermint tea to see if that helps. Can't wait to get home from work and snuggle up with a hot water bottle! xx
 
Yep they're probably the culprits then! I love peppermint tea I've had 2 cups today x

This is the first time I've tried it! I normally drink quite a bit of the fruit teas though, I love those xx
