hiya, hope you dont mind me butting here but iv been reading your posts so far and wow you've done amazing Stevie!! i joined sw 3 weeks ago and so far lost half a stone...im just starting to struggle now tho on what snacks to have iv been eating so much fruit its coming out if my ears!!! Lol!! Any suggestions will be grately appreciated :) xxxx

To be honest, I don't really snack. I tend to just stick to 3 meals a day, and that's enough for me. Saying that, if I do fancy something I tend to use one of my B choices (I get two as I do Red / Green days) for a HiFi bar or something similar xx
 
Can't seem to stop eating rubbish today. WHY the day before weigh in!? :( On the other hand, 3 classes at the gym tonight so hopefully it will balance out. Really want 1.5lb off tomorrow for my 2.5stone...
 
Thank you! Don't think I will get my new sticker tonight after the amount of crap I ate yesterday! But after 3 classes last night I'm just hoping to not gain. A maintain or a teeny little loss will do me xxx

It is weird isn't it, I think anyone who hasn't been on a weigh weekly diet like this would think we were mental lol, I never felt it before slimming world.
I will do, will look forward to hearing how you get on as well :)

That's what worries me! I'm stuck in a bit of a rut at the moment and don't know how much longer my luck will last. Really need to give myself a shake and get back into this properly. At the moment I seem to be doing great until it gets to the weekend, and then it's a downhill slope from there!

Hoping for a loss tonight, but I know a small gain or a maintain is more realistic. Will update later on xx

It's really quite frustrating isn't it? I was on such a roll and at the moment I just feel like I've hit a stump and can't seem to get the ball rolling again. Thanks hun. Hopefully we can crack these 100% weeks again soon xx
 
Good luck Stevie, I have weigh in tomorrow and I can feel it on me. the last two weeks Ive had a gain and I can't seem to shake it off. Need to get my head back in the game! L:ast week I left group really motivated and have picked about at things since :(

Focusing on mini-goals one at a time. First up, 1.5lb to go for my 2.5stone. After that it will be getting into the 11's (5.5lb to go), and then we will take it from there...
