Hey Steve. Have you tried any DVD work outs?? Thinking of buying the Josie Gibson one. Not got to gym today and feel rubbish for it!! Two classes as my punishment Tom instead!! Attack and combat!!! Fancy a swim too but I'm being a lazy bum today z

God, attack and combat back to back would kill me. You must be mental!!

Workout DVD's aren't really my thing because I don't get a lot of motivation from them. I need to be lead by someone as part of a group. I get spurred on by watching everyone else in the class, I always want to be faster / working harder than the person next to me. I've done stuff at home in the past but I don't put half as much effort in as I do at classes, so to me it's pointless. I'd rather give it my all. But everyone's different, some people swear by them! X
 
I know. Decided to go for a swim and sauna!!! I'm exactly the same as you just thought it might be ok for night when I can't get. Think hers is about short interval exercises. I'm starting running with my buddy again. I've been even thinking about Cambridge, but got that outbid my mind!! Going on hol in 4 weeks and it's scaring the life out of me!! Pressure!! X
 
Gone a little over my Syns today but didn't have many at the end of the week so it should even out :)

Having some Doritos and a Special K bar to finish off today, feels like a real treat!

Haha I'm strange aren't I? I just love mushy peas! Was still quite full from my lunch so just needed a little something to refuel, yum.

Morning diary! Feeling surprisingly chipper this morning for a Monday! Probably still buzzing from the result of Derby Day yesterday :D

Didn't have a very good sleep last night. I watched "The Village" at 9pm and had intended to go to sleep at 10. I was woken up not long afterwards by my mam and dad bickering on. Long story but basically my brother had gone out to celebrate after the game and had decided not to bother coming home until daft o'clock, even though he has work this morning and my mam had text / called him numerous times asking him to call it a day and come home. He finally rolled in at 1am!! And didn't we all know about it. The whole house was up. So basically what was meant to be an early night turned out to be going to sleep after 1am and getting up at 6am!! I bumped into him on the landing this morning and I told him he was a "selfish get", for him to reply with "f*** off". Absolutely charming! Surprisingly not feeling too tired this morning though, but I will probably start flagging this afternoon.

Going to get back to the gym tonight for another round of Combat! Although I enjoyed my rest day yesterday, I am ready to get back to it. It's so addictive! Bums, Legs & Tums is on afterwards too, so will see how I'm feeling and I might also do that.

Have felt really in control this weekend and it's been nice to stick to plan. I've enjoyed an Easter egg, crisps, biscuits, etc. all within my Syns and so no need to feel guilty. All of these things I'd binged on last weekend and I can tell you now I enjoyed them so much more this week! Rather than ramming them down my neck like I did last week, I took my time and enjoyed them slowly. Which made them feel more like a treat and so I appreciated them more. Hoping to mirror this week next week, ahead of the Hen night at the end of the month.

On a bit of a Syns splurge today :eek: I seem to be craving all things sweet. Still well within my weekly allowance of 105 though, so I should be okay, hopefully! :giggle:

I hope so! But I'm nervous. I know I shouldn't have but I weighed myself at home this morning and it was only showing a 1.5lb loss! I deserve more than that xx
 
ooooh you sound much more on track - when is your proper weigh in? I'd be so happy with a 1.5lb loss this week but it ain't gonna happen! I'm flicking through your diary for motivation as you seen to have pulled yourself back from last week, i had a difficult weekend and want to get back on track today :)

Official weigh in is tomorrow at 5pm, so will just have to see what happens! Hope my extra Syns today won't cause any problems, although I'm still within my weekly allowance so hoping I'll be okay. I'm starting to get really nervous now!

Normally I'd be thrilled with 1.5lb off, but I gained 2 last week so ideally I wanted to get that off and a little extra just for fun! I was hoping for about 3. But will just have to see what happens tomorrow, at least I have had the control back this week :)
