Good to see operation stay on plan worked. Well done. Why is it the w/ends go so much faster than the weekdays. It's so unfair.
How do you make the pasta creamy? Do you put fromage frais in it or something else? X well done for sticking to plan over the weekend!! X
I'm sure you'll have done great. I also put on 6lbs over two weeks and have been back on plan since weigh in, it makes me realise how good I feel when I'm on plan so I hope the binges will be fewer and far between from now on. Good luck for weigh in, mine isn't till Thursday so I've still got a few days of being good to try and chip away at that gain. Have a great day x
I usually add Quark! I love Quark. I know not many people are keen, but it's so versatile! I had none in last night though, so used a tbsp of fromage frais instead. It turned out just as tasty! xx

We also got our Christmas wish cards at group last night. My Christmas wish is just to be back at my pre-holiday weight, and the lowest weight I've ever been, which was 12st 7.5lb. I am now 13st 2lb, so I have 8.5lb to lose in the next 9 weeks. I know I can do it if I stick to it, which I plan on doing!
This week I found that saving the majority of my Syns for the weekend really helped. I know not everyone can get away with saving their Syns, but it obviously worked for me. With doing Red/Green days, the extra HEx's help me to save Syns anyway, so I don't feel deprived at all through the week. Weekends are my biggest danger zone and when I'm most likely to need my Syns.

- Finn Crisp (HExB) topped with Laughing Cow Light (HExA)
- 1 x Orange HiFi (HExB)
Healthy A: 30g Cheddar & 5 x Laughing Cow Light Cheese Triangles
Healthy B: 6 x Finn Crisp Original Thins & 1 x HiFi
