Hiya everyone, Sorry that I've been AWOL. Life has been busy and just been falling asleep on the sofa at 8pm for the past few weeks lol
The latest news in the Pasty World..
1) I have kept my weight in reasonable check but I've flirted with several diets. This has actually been beneficial as its given me time to asses each diet lmao

Ive come to the conclusion....
- Counting calories this isn't for me
- 5:2 is great but every time I fast I get extremely cold and I just hate it.
- I can't be counting WW points
So I'm committing myself back to SW (feel like a broken record)
2) BIGGEST NEWS - I've started running
) I'm so chuffed with myself. I've started doing the couch to 5k but sadly hubby has been away this week so I haven't had any opportunity to run
I'm finding that it isn't as hard as I had expected. I got myself up to week 2 of C25k
