do you all want a great slimming tip?? cook foods you dont like! i made the liver stroganoff out the red cookbook thinking that i may have suddenly taken a liking to it...NO IT IS FOUL! i am now soooo hungry, im gonna have to have the left over chicken as ive alerady had all my superfree cos i ate that and left the liver so ill have a small chicken breast. it took me ages to do aswell, what a waste and what a moron i am lol
 
Lou your posts always make me chuckle!! The thought of liver stroganoff makes me cringe! But being a veggie that's not surprising. Shame you didn't like it, hope you were full enough from the chicken. You could always cook a bowl of rice or nnoodles or something to fill the gap (can't remember free snacks on Success Express)x
 
I had the chicken with even more veg then had my other healthy b. you can't snack freely on free food on success express, only on super free. I am really hungry today but I only had meat with my meals no carbs. I'm off to bed so I can't eat anything else haha. I think tomorrow I will have to plan my meals a bit better and not try to feed myself food I hate haha xx

I am going to tempt fate by saying this but I actually feel slimmer. My stomach feels flatter just since Tuesday. Was so hungry last might though so am going to
Carry on with success express but have my 3rd with some carbs instead of just meat. I
Had porridge for breakfast with banana cos I woke up hungry which never happens!!! But it's a good thing really cos I eat too much. I didn't get to go on as long walk as I wanted yesterday cos it absolutely chucked it down so had to leg it home. My middle child hates the rain cover and I have to constantly fight her to put it back on so didnt fancy having that battle any longer than necessary lol

Unofficially . . .

Well I faced the scales today after a 4 day absence. I was staring at just over a 1 kg gain on Sunday morning when I last weighed - which would have made me 5¼ lbs over target. Pooh. :eek:

After a really good day yesterday, with virtually no carbs, I've pull it back so that I'm now back to 4½ lbs over.
Frighteningly, it puts me at ½ lbs over 12 st - which I vowed I would never do again. :wave_cry::mad:

Right - I've got 4 days to official WI so lets see if I can stick to red days, no carbs and get this bleddy gain off!

As you know, I have also struggled this week and it looks like a gain tomorrow (albeit small) so I am also on the proteins and veggies........... lots of shredding and cycling too!!

Lots of great positivity on this thread :) fully expecting a gain at weigh in tomorrow as has 3 days totally off plan at Easter weekend, a sneak peak on Monday showed a 4.5lb gain so if it's less than that will be happy! :) x

I expect a lot of that "gain" will actually be bloat where you have eaten more and probably over-did the processed carbs too sweetie. Hopefully a lot of it will have melted way by the time you weigh in.

I am looking at a small gain - around half a pound or so - but I may get away with a STS if I am INCREDIBLY lucky!

Still, I enjoyed Easter (and a few days after truth be told with little silvers of simnel cake and the odd hot cross bun which all add up :eek:) so whatever happens I will take it on the chin and just keep on giving it my best shot.

Oooooooo - and ladies - the GP whispered those magic words "we can decrease your steroids a bit more soon" to me this morning. I am soooooo excited :D - I'm so fed up of being moody, hairy and bloaty now :( You would have thought I'd have got used to it after all these years, but no!!

That's great news. Hopefully it will mean that you'll shed some of the steroid induced weight.
You may well be back on the norty step then next week!
