I had a laparoscopy a few years ago, my advice would be not to rush back into 'normal' activities, i did *slaps wrist* but wish I hadn't! I was a single mum at the time and when there's the school run to be done..........I hated relying on other people to do stuff like that for me. I still do.
If you don't mind me asking why are you having yours?? Mine was to see if I had endometriosis......and I do :(

I am back on plan after gaining about 3 lbs so it has to be done. Stuck to plan yesterday and only had 6 syns, so going well.
Luckily my son has joined me again - it is difficult when he keeps going to off liscence (sp) for sweets and chocolate - I had gone into "I will start again tomorrow" mode!

Have a good day. the weather is still a bit grim though. :(

Well I just forced myself to do the 30DS. 6 days now really proud of myself. But looking forward to the next step getting bored of step 1 now. Weigh in at 5. I hope I've lost I've tried really hard except for Friday night I e been 100% and have done 6 sessions of the 30DS. In hungry today and was yesterday. Going to have a couple of red and green days I think. I live success express but I need to mix it up a bit. There's only so much salad a girl can eat!!!!

I have had three in the last three years. They do bloat you as your stomach is filled with gas so make sure you stock up on peppermint tea as it will also help with the shoulder pain when the gas escapes.

I do have endometriosis and PCOS so that is why I struggle so much.

I now have an appointment at the gastro clinic in 8 weeks to see what they say about the constant pain.

The operation last week was only local anesthetic so I was off work two days. It really was no excuse to go off track but everything just seems a struggle at the moment.

I am hoping now I can exercise from this weekend it might give me a boost

I'm not hungry per say I'm just pick pick picking and fruit isn't cutting it. I'm craving chicken!!! Weird. I hope your right. I'm not sure if I feel like I've lost or not. I feel tighter and my bum has lifted loads!!! Ooh maybe I won't do number 2 before the 10 days are up I'm scared now lol. Had a little quick sneak with the tape measure today and I've finally lost an inch off my waist. I've lost everywhere but my boobs have gone up half an inch in 2 days which could mean period is finally coming. Only about 3 weeks late grr. God I hate waiting about for weigh in.

Success Express is a SW programme where you basically eat 2/3 superfree and 1/3 free at each meal and only snack on superfree Charl.#

Lou is the "SE Queen" and I am sure she'll be along to explain in more detail shortly. She has a diary on Minimins which shows examples of her SE meals which might help you too!

Ah thank you!! I've had a few bad weeks and I could really do with a week where I try really hard and get a good result as I'm kinda losing faith. I'm so good during the week but weekends are my downfall :( so I just end up balancing out and maintaining rather than losing. Xx

It is probably water retention in the muscle you are working Lou. Ignore the scales, they may deceive you for a while! Get out that tape measure and start looking at inches.
 
I feel thinner even on my face I KNOW I've lost fat I think it must just be water retention. I will not be defeated. I'm just making another success express meal. No slacking off for me. Baking a birthday cake for my 2 sisters tonight. Their birthdays are a day apart and one is 18 the other 21. Im going to attempt a 2 tier cake!! Wish me luck I think I'll need it!!!

I am gutted I gained cos my first reaction was to throw a tantrum and give in but I'm trying to fight that reaction. Its just one week and I have lost inches and toned up so I will ignore it but if I gain again next week I'm afraid I may lose my motivation x
