Day 5 of the shred done!
I'm loving day 5!!..today has been the best day ever for the shred!!..my endurance has more than doubled, I didn't buckle on any of the circuits apart from cardio circuit 1..the jumping jacks, I was 4 from the end of the section and my knee just wasn't going to go... I really wanted to push through, but I can't risk an injury that stops me from exercising at all
So I just stopped for those few seconds and went straight into the butt kicks and jump rope..sometimes I have to modify the jump rope, to a fast jog on the spot, again the knee doesn't always like the jump
but I'm still moving and pushing hard!
Monday will be day 8 of the shred and the plan is..
days 8,9,10,11,12,13,14, another 7 days of level 1...to try and bust through that cardio then..
days 15,16,17,18,19,29,21, level 2 then hopefully if I get through level 2 ok and survive lol
days 22-30 level 3, or do 4 days at level 2 and 4 days level 3.
the kids are going to my mums saturday and sunday during the day, so i'm going to shred twice a day for saturday and sunday morning, and then late afternoon... really got to give it everything this weekend!!

I've checked the scales today and I've gained a pound, still weigh in day isn't til monday so it doesn't count..but how the hell!! grrr!! damn my body lol!
