lol...i was going to but i feel weird tonight..

i'm sat on the sofa and my heart is doing weird things, almost like mild palpitations sort of.. i've had this before, quite a few times..

think will start using decaff teabags and see if that makes a difference..

I'm watching gordon ramsay in a minute, then game of thrones.. i've been watching that and i'm still unsure of whats going on lol!

I've been getting a lot of inspiration from watching Australias biggest loser... if you ever get to watch them they are fab... not sure when they are gonna show it here.. got to love my parents
 
Well today i've been rather crap! totm this morning,i really didn't want that to happen,i wanted another good loss this week,so i doubt it's going to happen now :mad:

I went shopping and they were reducing the big bags of Hersheys kisses and nuggets so i got 4 bags!... for the kids ;) i did have 6 in total :drool: they are teeny tiny though, about the size of a chocolate button...thats all i've had today.

no breakfast, no lunch i just don't feel hungry at the moment. i think i'll have to start back on the shakes to replace the meals when i'm not hungry.

I've switched to de-caff teabags today, to see if that stops these weird palpitations i've had.

I've still not got on that blasted bike lol! i'll get on tomorrow, i just don't feel like it tonight!

No good loss gonna happen for me this week, and I really need there to be...
 
Well it's funny as i feel a lot better, chest wise anyway since the change in teabags, i really the caffeine was getting too much. I've had a pain in my head for nearly 4 days now,i may have to take some tablets later, either that or i need my eyes checked :)

I've just had a quick peep on the scales and i''ve lost 3lbs, but that could all change in the morning, so we'll see then!

I've not done any exercise the past week, my knee has been playing up the last 2 days, but i did spend 2 solid hours on my knees scrubbing the kitchen floor :cry:

Back on the exercise as from tomorrow!
 
Well i'm feeling very irritated, i just can't seem to get comfortable and there's nothing on the tv at all!

For dinner i had a ww sweet and sour with extra rice. muller rice pudding, the apple one nom nom!!

Lunch was lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot all diced on brown bread sarnies, with a scrape of extra light mayo as i dont have butter. muller fat free cherry yoghurt.

I didn't have breakfast.. i've had 4 jaffa cakes today :sign0007: and a few maltesers yesterday.. am really hoping my stupidity doesn't show on the scales in the morning :innocent0001:

This week, is going to be 100%

I love mondays!!... 3lbs off for me this week!

I didn't think i was going to make it, what with totm and the total lack of exercise and the few maltesers i had ;) 100% week this week, doctors next monday:innocent0001: really hope they're ok with the losses! 8lbs in 2 weeks suits me, plus whatever i loose next week, should keep her trap shut! :ignore:

I've Sts on my scales, so will just have to wait and see how it looks on the sw scales... I'm guessing its gonna be a half pound gain... as they always show different to mine.. but never mind. I have only myself to blame...

But once again. I find myself here at the gym on the bike.. oh my bum is going to be sore!
 
A little loss is better than nothing hun, and you've been a bit stressed of late with everything...monday starts a new week eh!

I'm on my 3rd cup of tea,i haven't done anything yet!..my knees are so sore at the moment (i'm sure its scrubby that damn floor thats done it) i'm ok when i'm stood up or walking but as soon as i lay down or sit they really start hurting...

I'm getting the bike down later, and getting on it!

How much time do you do on yours?

There's one of them gadgets on my bike but i think the wire has fell down through the pipe, so not sure if it will work now, but would like to track what i'm doing :rolleyes:
 
For the first time in ages i've had breakfast, only bran flakes. Lunch, ive had lettuce, cucumber,tomato and beetroot diced on sarnies.

Exercise...zero done! i just really don't feel like doing anything today.Outside is dull, wet and windy i think it's putting me in a mood..

Still,there's plenty time to turn the day around :)

I didn't realise Monday is a bank holiday, there's been so many i've lost count! So my check in appointment with the doc is Tuesday..i really hate being weighed a day after my weigh in day, it never gives me a correct weight...think i'll go to Boots and get a print out and take with me :)

Going to have a bit of breakfast in a minute then do some housework,a few jobs....maybe a spot of exercise after :character00115: feeling a lot more energetic today and not so slugish..

ooh, watched The Mirrors last night, creepy!!
 
Well i worked my ass off on Tuesday, i wasnt exercising as such, but i did clean all the rabbit hutches out, and scrub out two sheds, and clean all the garden! Took me about 3 hours constant work on the go and i was moving pretty quick! Then i came in and flew through the housework!

Was a bit less active yesterday as i went shopping and by the time i came home and done a few jobs the day was almost gone...

My knee is pretty much back to how it was before and i feel so much better this week :)
Tomorrow i'm definitely getting on the bike! :D
 
Food wise i've been good.

Monday was salad sarnies for lunch, toast and soup for dinner.

Tuesday was salad sarnies for lunch, jacket spud with beans and a bit of extra light mayo for dinner.

Wednesday was salad sarnies for lunch. Dinner i had broccolli and cauliflower florets with a few new jersey royals with a few spoons of cheese sauce mix over the top, nom nom! The cheese sauce is low fat and in the rules, not the nicest of cheese sauces but it was ok on the whole.

Ben&Jerry's Cherry Garcia is on offer at the moment in Asda, had some of that yesterday, lovely!

I'm tempted to get another tub, even though its low fat, the calories are quite high :cry: so i might experiment with a few muller cherry youghrts, whack them in the freezer and see what happens... :rolleyes:
 
Totally forgot about lunch, wasn't that hungry around lunch time, so i had lunch at 3pm, and some Cherry Garcia just after then. So a light ish dinner i think...

The sky has been black all day, every ten minutes and it's throwing it down with rain,we've had thunder!..it's just bloody miserable! Kids got soaked coming out of school, why does it always rain at 3.15pm?!

Few bits of shopping to do in the morning..then i need to work out some sort of exercise schedule, any look for some new equipment..
