Knows exactly what you mean Cherry... I had to take my 6yr old trick or treating last night....wouldn't mind she's gotten a blooming tesco bag FULL of sweeties now....and they aren't the naffy kind either~lol~

That's gonna be temptation till she's eaten them...with the help of my OH ;) lol x x x
 
i'm soo super sad i'm all motivated now for the diet because i LOVE my new ticker! dilly's party is mario themed so the ticker reminds me of the party! although i should be sick of it as i've to hand make most of the decorations altough i must admit i am going over the top with the decor! but i love him and he deserves it xxxxxxxxxx
 
You can !!! tomorrow is another day you can do it, you can !! What happend today ?? you need to figure out what the triggers are if you are going to be able to beat them x
 
I found if I need to do anything with food for my daughter I need to make my shakes before ...otherwise I am REALLY tempted to just have a lil bit of ham or grapes that are going in her lunch box for school. At least I've worked it out and now know how to get round it :)

Cherry ...have you set yourself a date to restart? Might sound silly but I found when I wanted to restart I needed to gear myself up for this :)

Perhaps wait till the children are back at school ....otherwise your just going to end up beating yourself up over this honey.

Just go 1 meal at a time honey :) ...then you chalk the days up as you go :) x x x Keep strong you WILL do this x x x

Hows it going Cherry?? Have you thought about doing 2 shakes and a low carb meal of an evening ...the weight will still come off :) and then you won't feel bad and might even be able to do that for a while then go TFR again you never know :) x x x Don't give up honey x x x
