The start to my 7 stone loss!!

been out and about all weekend so totally pooped!! really took it out of me even though ive been pushed everywhere in my wheelchair lol. Back on plan today, friends gone home so back to 'normal' x
 
I gained 2lb this week but i expected it. Had meals out, BBQ, takeaway... so lucky with only 1lb gain since im immobile!! Been 100% as of today so i NEED to get a loss going on!
Had very nice beef roast dinner for tea, missed a proper simple cooked roast :)


Had great news about knee recovery today. All went very well and is really strong. Had my brace set at 90 degrees bend now so can bend in own time, even though i can only manage about 30 degrees as its still very swollen and alot of pressure. Hurts like hell :/ but I will get there in the end!!

Hi Jess sounds like you had a great time with your friends hun - the gain will come off. Excellent news about the recovery process too, you will be back on ya feet in no time. One day at a time, you will get there. x

Hiya, Yes we had a fab time! Been 100% and feeling better too.

Just not eating enough, so trying to eat more. Had a sort of fry up all mixed together & cooked, Was really nice actually! Tea having some corn on cob, jacket potato, tuna and side salad.

Yesterday used the left over beef from the roast and used in a stir fry which was delicious!
 
Im guilty of not eating enough superfree at times too hun, your doing brilliantly so well done. The beef sounds gorgeous, I think leftovers sometimes taste so much better than when you have the original meal.

Thanks :) Yeah just generally not eating enough plus the superfree. But trying harder :) Yes leftovers sometimes are so much better for some reason! Had jacket potato with tuna, cheese and lots side salad. later on followed by strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, red grapes and banana with cherry yogurt :) Delish!
 
Oh i love them! Filling and its good stuff! So beats chocolate for me..
 
Well recovering ok from knee surgery. Got bend on the brace to 90degrees but cant bend that far just yet! (week since it got bent) Trying to stick to diet as much as possible. Infact weighed early today and think will at lunch time until back to class...

Lost 4.5lb :D soooo pleased. Im ;like half a pound off the weight i was before surgery now. Im 3.5lb off regaining my 5.5st award also so slowly regaining my achievements. Just sucks having to redo it lol.
 
Still sticking to plan... beef goulash for tea :)
 
Whoohoo lost 4lb this week :D thought id had a bad week.. but guess not using syns everyday and forgetting some HE somedays has compensated for it. Very happy im now back to pre surgery weight, regained my 5.5st award too. so back 100% with my losses! i WILL get my 6st by Jacobs 2nd birthday !! :D
 
Hiya, hmm feeling sh1t atm! Totally failed this week, awful gain. feeling sorry for myself and beating myself up abit! New week now i guess, just need to get back in properly.

Awww its still early days for you hun dont be so hard on yourself, your health comes first and foremost. You have come so far now just focus on 1 day at a time and yes its a new week now so look forward not back. You will do it

My holiday was lovely thanks apart from being ill lol
 
I know im just to erm, focused on me losing! lol. Been 100% since Tues now feeling great! Joining back to SW on Tues too so will help. Feeling good though! Oh no hope you wasnt ill too long! x

Tea... corn on cob, egg, pickled onions-gherkins-red cabbage & beetroot...cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, potatoes with spring onion and garlic and herb sauce, sweet pepper, coleslaw(1.5syn), carrot & ham.!

Later tonight i will enjoy 2 alpen lights (heB) Daim bar 7.5syns & a nice hot chocolate!
 
Well i had my first weigh in at SW last night, since before knee op so been 2months since last official weigh in & Ive gained 3.5lb... Was abit gutted but my group made me feel loads better since it is over 2 months & ive been immobile!

so im at 5st loss now. Need to regain my 5.5st (again :( ) then i WILL continue now for my 6st award. I will get there, just abit of roller coaster going on lol
