Day 1

Breakfast: smoked salmon & cream cheese sandwich
Lunch: egg mayo sandwich
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: teriyaki salmon & loads of salad

Exercise: workout 2.1 of couch 2 5k

Day 1 went well, have finished 4 cals under my daily limit. Although may go and eat a nectarine. Hmm. I'm a little peckish but that's dieting! Just trying to eat evenly and low GI so I don't get hungry enough to break the diet.

Thought for the day: is popcorn magic? It's yummy, can be bought ready-made, low calorie, low GI, moderately filling. I suppose it's very salty but that's the only downside I can think of. Where's the catch?
