just back from weigh in and 3 lbs down, one inch off too. pretty pleased would of been lovely to get the extra quarter lb to make my st off but sometimes you just have to wait to get the reward ( have just been to the loo and its possible its in there now #overshare! )

feeling great as was trying on the wardrobe and im back in 85%of it, still the goal pieces to get back into but half a stone should see me there or there abouts. feeling darn fine today and had a good chat with my cd rep (always enjoy seeing her have a good blether) shes happy for me to do another 2 weeks if i want to, thought it was a good plan to get off as much as i want pre xmas. so as im feeling unstopable at the mo think thats is going to be goal.

off to catch up

lets go for another week of slimming, LBDs or their equivelent are calling us xx

Well done my lovely, other than the nice drop in the scales it's the fact your now in 85% of your clothing, always a massive boost :)
The next 2 weeks will fly by but your right to do it whist your well & truly in a The Zone and great to get as much off pre Xmas as you can.

Your think like me in the #overshare as I would be thinking exactly like you BUT like you say the reward of the st off will come at your next weigh in.

im going for a ss week with ss+ at the weekend never tried without milk before but im getting quite used to the black tea so that is this weeks goal. i basically want to see if it makes any diff to the losses as 3 a week is about as much as i get (other than 1st). i am really in the zne and focused on getting as much off pre xmas. if it does great if not no harm no foul

I never drink tea or coffee when not on plan but when on plan I drink quite a bit of Peppermint & Green tea both obviously without milk and its amazing how fast I get used to drinking it and enjoy it :)

Sound like a good plan for you to SS then SS+ at weekends, it will indeed be interesting to see how if at all the milk reflects in your losses. I think as you don't have a lot to go 3lb per week is quite good, your doing FAB :)!

I feel like it's the last push now for me and hoping that by next weekend (I think this week might be too much wishful thinking) I will be at my upper target and can start 810 properly...the thought of a daily evening meal...

Oh Flick it's great your so close to moving up to 810, very exciting times and I do agree its so nice to be able to eat with your other half, it's normality something which SS isn't. I have every faith you will be amazing doing the steps just as you have been in getting there. Keep up the fab work x x x

you will be there in no time and are doing so well mmmmmh evening meal. the ss through the week really wasn t as bad as i thought im not going to be disappointed one way or another i was really just putting ss+ versus ss to the test. 3 lbs weight loss in a week is more than id hope for in a more traditional diet so it all good

its been torture keeping away from the scales but if there was no diff i was worried id get pee d off not bother completing my weekly challenge. no matter what im prob going to keep to 5 days ss and 2 ss+ as wasn t nearly as bad as i thought skipping the milk. may even try and add more of the black tea into post diet life as i drink a lot of coffee/tea and the milk has got to add up.

That's great, well done. I agree with you on keeping off the scales if you feel they may hamper your mindset, if I weigh for 2 days with no change I avoid them for a couple of days and usually there will be a loss but it can be quite disheartening especially as you know you've stuck to plan.
5 days SS and 2 SS+ is a good idea and want make any difference to your losses.

Interested to see your WI tomorrow - I find having the odd SS+ meal keeps me sane! Haha. Simple things.

I used to always drink normal tea, but started on green tea and fruit teas when doing the dukan diet a couple of years ago. Might treat myself to a proper tea in the afternoon sometimes, but I find now that too much tea makes me feel a bit sicky.

Current favourite is buttermint - which is peppermint and vanilla I think. Whatever it is, it tastes JUST like mintoes so I am loving that!

just back from weigh in and 3.5lbs off so not a huge diff but a little bit more so all good, down to 11st 1 and 3/4 lbs its coming together and next week might even bring the 10s, happy days just going to keep on going

Well done Jen that's fab, and with ss+! You've reassured me that it is still possible to lose weight doing that. I only lost 3lbs a week the last 2 weeks on ss so you're doing better than me! I'm terrified of eating anything still, got to bite the bullet at some point though, I'm only just over a stone away from target :/

that was the first week i ve done with 5ss days and 2ss+ but its always ss+ before. the diff isn t huge but any extra is always welcome. lost a another 1.5inches too and it does make such a change to the clothes you can wear. so all in all 3wks and 1st 4 and a quarter pounds, not too shabby:) have another 2 or 3 weeks before im coming up to step 3 with a few planned nights out and of course xmas (there will be gains but i deal with that too).

you are doing great, when is your weigh in day this week? won t be long til the 9s come sailing into view

You're doing brilliantly :) Can't believe how close you are to target now, a week or 2 and you will be there I can't imagine that feeling but can't wait to find out!

Yeah I'm thinking gains at Christmas but hey it only comes once a year! If all goes to plan I'll be at target and maintenance by Christmas so I'm reckoning a couple of weeks of sole source after Christmas will soon get rid of any unwanted Christmas lbs!

Weigh in is Wednesday night, I do the weigh ins after work in the evenings but I'm always so much heavier than I am in the mornings. I get my hopes up on weigh in day only to have them dashed! Can't imagine being in the 9s...I wonder if you get a special membership card so you can go in to Topshop and the like without feeling like a hippo!

i think you can shimmy your way into any shop you like and not feel like a hippo then, like the idea of your 9st membership card, wouldn t be the worst thing to flash around :)

i really like cambridge as once you ve commited to it the non allowed food option are going to cause you such discomfort you really think twice. ie on a normally diet you succumb to that lovely dessert or extra sandwich well tomorrows another day do it on cambridge and you ve just signed up to 3 days of unpleasentness keeps me on the straight and narrow.
