rather than workouts, why dont we each set a time target? I cant do some routines due to disability, but I can do balance, boxing and yoga for example.
but I like to do 30 mins 3 times a week if I can, so...
march goal:
msblonde - 6 hrs (12 x 30 min over 4 weeks) - 0 min so far![]()
