Evening guys!!! Well I feeling great nearly end of day 15 just about to have my first bar decided on malt toffee!!! Hope your all having great day and tha k you for all the well wishes on my weigh in still in shock at inches and the fact I still on trAck and a other 3lbs down whoohoooo just gets better and better. Me neither just don't fancy anything at all yet!!! It is strange how I have gone from just eating continually all the time to not bothered in such a short amount of time. It isn't about the weight loss anymore although that is great but it's about changing my mind and behaviour towards food. I am not saying I don't smell things and think oooooo that smells good but it isn't for the rest of my life it's about NOW!!!! Xxxxx

Well just had porridge have to go to my mums to out colour on hair lol and she said come over around 12 and I will do lunch - I said sorry not long had breakfast as I got up late so you eat and I will have soothing to eat about 1 then be over for 2 heheheheee xxxxx

Well just back from mothers and having lovely soak in tub!!! Daughter has her boyfriend over and they playing the play station laying on him Hehehehehe (she is bloody gorgeous and 15 - so need to watch out lol ) this is the first boy we have ever properly met anyway thought I would keep out of the way and have bath her daddy is downstairs keep popping in!! When he met him hubby said I don't have a cricket back or baseball bat (is a American) but trust me you hurt her and I will get one hahahahahaha poor lad pooped himself
