Morning guys sorry about yesterday went straight to the hospital from university as my brother and sis in law were in labour and at 11.21 last night she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Isabella I was in the delivery most amazing experience of my life and so thankful to my brother for allowing me to be part of their special event. She was 8lbs 9ozs and she is gorgeous. Well diet front all good but didn't get home till 2 this morning and had two bars yesterday oooooooops nowhere to have shakes to hope I haven't ruined anything Hope everyone is good and will speak later xxxxxxx

Nope not naturally she did have a mobile epidural lol but still they stop that when ya 10 cms the. Leave ya for a little while to see if body does anything on its own before everyone gets together to make her push lol xxxx
