Thin before I am forty ....my diary.

Had a good day today, felt a bit sluggish to start with but by lunch time I was ok. Sis my 30 day shred ..... Oowch well saying I missed sat and Sunday as I really felt it today although I really feel more fitter, wheat to the gym at lunch time I did struggle but I did we'll.

Breakfast.....Porridge
lunch ........ Ham omelette
Tea........... Burger.
snacks ff vanilla yog, ham
plenty of water

i am starting to feel thinner now so all is good .:)
 
You sound like you are doing wonderfully!!!
Do note that weight will fluctuate quite dramatically now that veg is introduced (I know that you'll already know this but it is a shock when it actually happens after such wonderful and dramatic losses!)

I love that you're doing the shred too. I printed out a chart for it at work today that you cross off. But I didn't start day 1. And I won't be tomorrow either. Maybe wednesday! lol

Hey still here, seem not to be able to loose the weight and was struggling with the motivation, so I have started weight watchers I lost some weight with them before so I thought I would give it another go and plan meals that suited all the family still got same targets and still determined to loose the weight. Xx
