ProPoints Third time lucky - my WW journey!

Feeling really good today. I'm going shopping for some new bread because I discovered the one I was eating was NOT 2PP but FOUR PP per slice!!! :O

Breakfast:
40g porridge oats = 4PP
15g honey = 1PP
Stewed apple = 0PP
Sweetener = 0PP

OMG! Maybe that affected your WI? Positive Thinking all the way now :) x
 
I think it did. I had bread with some of the soup I had and was only counting 4PP for 2 slices!

Lunch:
WW soft tortilla wrap = 3PP
50g serving of Aldi roast chicken pieces = 2PP
20g serving of grated cheese = 2PP
Tomato puree = 1PP
Mushroom, tomato, spring onion, yellow pepper = 0PP

13PP used so far today

They're actually quite nice and a decent size as well. :)

Earned 3AP because I did a 6.5km walk. :)

200g low fat oven chips = 8PP
100g baked beans = 2PP
Fried egg (fried in Fry Light) = 2PP

Do u weigh your Oven Chips Frozen or Cooked? I'm mega tight with beans and only have 82g so it's 1pp lol x
 
I weighed them frozen first and it was 240g and the cooked weight was 200g. I wasn't sure, I got confused..

Just had an Option for 1PP, extra PP for milk. 26PP used, 1 weekly PP used.

That sounds about right :) I use McCain Oven Chips and those are 3pp for 100g Frozen. X

Don't Panic Jane, you're doing fab! Your porridge sounds so yummy, I too make mine with water, mum always made it like that so Ive never known any different. Well Done on your 2AP! X

Ha ha! I can't count mine since I lost my pedometer :-( x
 
I go by the little book. My nearest half stone is 9.0 and it's 60 minutes moderate exercise so it comes in at 3AP. :)
 
I calculate my ap on my app. So handy.well done on earning ap.
Food sounds lovely.

I'm going to start knitting something today but I haven't decided what. :)
 
Id love to be able to knit. I knitted a teddy when I was younger but wouldn't have a breeze how to do it now

Unless it goes in the Oven, I can't make it! Baking/Cooking is where my Creativity ends! Maybe if it had of been knitting I wouldn't of got so fat lol x
