Third Time Lucky...!

Was lovely! Had massive cream tea though! Haha! But did count it so had small breakfast and dinner! Also went for a walk so hope it cancelled it out!

had a few biscuits yesterday - oh dear! But again, had been on a nice long walk so hopefully ok.

Today's plan is:

B: ww bagel
L: egg mayo wrap, crisps and yoghurt
D: some light choice freezer meal
E: Zumba on the wii

Am going for drinks at my cousins for her birthday so may have a few snacks there so will
Keep rest of day low!

Hey lovely, how are you doing?

Hi!

I am alive! Sorry I've been AWOL. Have had a great last couple of weeks - had so much stuff going on, most importantly including my Dads wedding and just wanted a break from thinking about dieting.

Not sure of my plan now. I don't want eat badly - I feel bad as have has so many meals out recently - I just feel so bloated!

I go away for a festival Thursday to Sunday and then Ibiza on wednesday for a week! So not the best time to get back on with it but I think my plan is to be good when I can and not worry too much when I can't. Then when I am back and ready I will be as good as poss!!

Hope Everyone is well

I have a slight plan!

Have seen lots of special k adverts recently and so my basic plan is cereal for breakfast and lunch
And a healthy dinner. Healthy snacks if I want them. It'll keep my calories down and then I have a fair amount left for dinner. This is perfect for my
Holiday and the festival I am going to. Won't continue it on day's when I can eat sensibly but perfect for camping!

Like you said, not ideal every day but certainly won't hurt while you're away. Good luck with it.

Back from holiday! I managed to lose half a stone
Whilst there - quite impressed!! Although it was half board and the food was great, we made sure we were sensible. Cereal with natural yoghurt in the morning. Roll and fruit at lunch. Mostly salad and fish or meat for dinner. With the occasional ice cream and cocktail thrown in!

Also did lots of walking and swimming so pretty impressed with the loss! Although it still doesn't mean I have actually gone lower than I have been.

It actually put me in a much better frame of mind for shifting this weight actually and so I may not actually calorie count - just eat healthily and not put too much pressure on myself with numbers.

I have a night out on Saturday night, a wedding the next Saturday, my birthday party two weeks after that and then my birthday after that so a few obstacles in the way.

Doing well with this no counting!

Yesterday was... Cereal, natural yoghurt and honey for breakfast. Lunch was cous cous with pistachios, apricot, chorizo and feta and an apple and banana. Dinner was the same as lunch but also with olives.

Had my dinner fairly late as I actually ended up on a date! It's a guy from school, who has just finished his placement and he asked me for a drink which I have been waiting for him to do for ages! Haha! So that was really nice!

Today was... Same breakfast. Chicken roll, crackers and some weird flapjack thin provided by school for lunch! Apple and banana. Dinner I'm
Not sure. Spent the whole day with the kids and the date guy so that was fun! :)

The date guy? Err I think you've forgotten to tell us something Amy... unless I missed a post somewhere?!

I mentioned it! :)

He started the week after me on my last placement. He is doing a PGCE. We chatted a bit at school but got to know each other on the London residential trip with the school. Stayed in touch and he then asked me for a drink on Thursday. Really nice! Then walked in to school with him on Friday and spent the day with his class on his last day. So much fun. He suggested another drink and then changed that to dinner! So dinner tomorrow night.

I'm unsure as he is younger than me and not my usual type but personality wise he is one of he nicest, funniest guys I have ever met which I find really endearing so will see what happens!

:)

Are you sure you mentioned it?! Did this manage to slip past anyone else as well??

Sounds like something worth following and seeing where it goes. He may not be your usual type but doesn't mean it wouldn't work well. And he can't be that much younger than you anyway. Just enjoy it and see what happens.

Deffo mentioned in the post before that! :)

Had second date last night! I went to move my stuff out of my house so decided to stay over so he took me for dinner to a place I've always thought looked great! I had king prawn linguine which was delicious but we were talking so much that I didn't eat it all! Then went for a few drinks and back to mine - we stayed up chatting til 4am! It's strange as we have been friends - spent the week in London together, spent a lot of time in school together- and now it's weird because we both clearly want to go past that bit! We were really close but he didn't try to kiss me which I find weird - my experience with 2nd dates is guys who want more than I will give! Haha!

But it's actually really nice - taking it really slowly. He stayed over as I felt mean sending him home at 4am but he stayed on my sofa bed in my room and left for lectures earlier.

Seeing him on Friday for the school play! And them going for drinks after so we will see!

Oh and foodwise.,.! Doing well. I'm not counting and it's working! Think I got so obsessed with numbers and if I went over then I thought I may as well go properly over! Now, I reckon I'm under most days and over some but I am eating healthier things - cous cous, loads of veg, feta, fruit, nuts etc. not denying myself anything and it is working.

Went on holiday as 16 stone two weeks ago and am now 15.3 so have lost 11lb in two weeks!

Wow 11lbs in two weeks is amazing, especially with a holiday!

Sounds like it's all going well. Just keep seeing what happens, I'm sure he'll go in for the kiss when he feels like the time is right.

Everything seems so exciting right now. Well done honey :) xxx

Hello! Long time not been on!

So I'm still just healthy eating and am at 14'10 so that's 16lb lost in 4.5 weeks. I'm really pleased. Taking away the pressure has helped loads and I find I make better choices and if I make a bad one then I find it easier to get back on track.

Life is just do amazing right now. I've developed some amazing new confidence and love for life since my holiday. Told myself I would do something each day to make it different to a boring day (I used I come home from work and just watch tv) and I have done it. Even if it is just coffee with a friend, or a long cycle, I've made sure I'm actually living my life rather than letting it pass me by.

I now have a boyfriend too! Without going in to to many details, my ex was horrible basically! On reflection, I can't see why I put up with such a bullying cheat but that's hindsight for you!

My new guy is just amazing. I've had so much fun the last few weeks just dating him and things were made official on Saturday at my birthday party. He calls me beautiful, makes me breakfast in bed, picnics, etc - he really makes me feel so special. Got a good un!

So, life is good! Sorry I don't come in here much anymore but however much of a support I find it, I also find it makes me a bit obsessive with dieting and I'm doing well without the obsession right now!

Hope everyone is great! Xx

So glad that things are going so well for you. The new boy sounds great :) And 16lbs in 4 and a half weeks?! Bloody amazing!! So please for you chick.

Sounds good :) glad things are working out :)
