Hi, rc1664dc, I do feel a little lighter, I feel lucky so far as i haven't found the diet too hard, there have been points where I've been wishing the day away, lol. how are you getting on, look forward to hear you loss this week. x

Wow! that is brilliant!! I know the first week is always a big loss but that's Amazing! I'm doing good still 100%, I've had a few off days and TOTM is coming, but still feel determined and confident I'm going all the way 100% Have you started a diary or a blog yet?
