Yesterday was another 'good' day thankfully! I mean that in that it was easy, like it used to be... I think I found Slimming World so hard to get back into this time because back when I first started last year, it was a challenge - something new I could focus on and learn about - and I didn't get bored easily. But now, I am unemployed and most of my friends are off at university so I'm not even going out much meaning that basically, my life is boring at the moment! So trying to diet on top of that was just near impossible.
So for me to say that the last two/three days have been almost easy is quite an achievement really
I don't feel like I'm losing anything at the moment though, as my stomach is bigger than it's been in a while and I just feel 'frumpy', if that makes sense to anyone who reads this?! But I'm going to keep at it regardless, and hope for any kind of loss
So, to the food!

Breakfast - An apple, bacon medallions, 'fried' egg, mushrooms, 1 potato cake (0.5 syns) with 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce (0.5 syns).
Lunch - A salad with avocado (4 syns) crab/fish sticks, spring onion, lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, lemon juice and salt.
Dinner - Vegetable stir fry with noodles.
Snacks - Rasberry and cranberry Muller Light, chip butty (HexB) with 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce (0.5 syns).
