Was wondering if u got a headache while on d vibroplate?? Went on one once 4 a free trial and got a killer of a headache- smthg I've never had b4! Mayb just a co incidence!!

Evening all fellow exante followers! I hope everyone is doing well, sorry haven't been around the last few days i have just been so busy and i probably won't be round much this week either but i am managing to stay on track so that's all that matters! i am looking forward to my cruise and a whole week away from my diet! i just hope i don't gain too much weight:( i feel as though my weightloss has slowed down a lot but we will see what WI brings on wednesday!

Shoebs in answer to your question i did actually have a headache after the plate last week! how strange i am going again tomorrow so we will see what happens then :banana dancer:
 
Oh NJoy I remember giggling away 2 myself as all my bits wobbled and vibrated Too many mirrors but a gud motivator 2 tone up those wobbly bits! NJoy!!

evening all ! have just been for my third laser-lipo session and guess what fab results 4 inches off my stomach! of course thats a combination of the diet as well but that's brill over less than 3 weeks :bunnydance: i am one happy bunny!! i hope everyone is having an easy time and sorry for not catching up with everyone :)

Morning all ! Hope everyone is doing well, well |Pre cruise WI this morning and another 2lb gone! I am well pleased with that, I have another bumper box arriving today ready for me when i get back next weekend, I hope you all continue to do well and promise to be back as soon as i get back from my holiday !:cool:

Evening all hope you have all been doing well whilst I have been away! I had an amazing time on the cruise it was fabulous! you are so well looked after too much delicious food and drink and needless to say i have had a gain of 5lb! bit I enjoyed it all immensely I have a months worth of diet here waiting for me to re-start tomorrow so holiday over, It was easy to make good food choices but am afraid the drinks got the better of me :mad: I have my grandaughter's christening to look forward to in September so that will keep me on track xx
 
Sounds amazing, I normally gain half a stone on holiday so sounds like you made some fab choices! And if you can't let your hair down on holiday, where can you?!! good on you for getting straight back on it too :)
