Well exactly as my header says! This is it!! I'm losing this weight and its the last time!!

I'm going to write a diary to keep me focused, positive and hopefully get support/ support others.

I'm overweight and weigh in at 15.8. I love slimming world and I love to exercise. My downfall is not planning and being greedy and finishing the kids left overs. There is only me who can do this, only me that puts the food in mouth. I am going to strive to make positive changes so I like what I See and can shop where I want!!

So that's a little about me. I've been on this site for a bit, reading and commenting on bits and bobs. So here goes!!

Today's plan-

Green-

A- milk
A-?
B- fruit and fibre
B-ham

Breakfast- fruit and fibre and banana

Lunch-

Salad, lettuce peppers, cucumber and toms.
Rice and ham.

Dinner

Sw chips egg and beans

Syns- one slice of small bread 3.5
Low butter- 1

First day organised and planned!!
 
Hi there

I am also on my last attempt and I am on my 3rd diary I think!!! Trying just to take things a day at a time and lose little by little. I lost a lot last year but but stopped classes, OH went offshore and I ate like no one could see me which they couldn't but obviously cannot hide the size I was getting and the tight clothes so out of denial I am back at class and kind of going strong!!!

Thanks!! I'm in here all the time so thought I'd try and keep myself on track. I get bored easy but the switch has clicked so I'm going to just roll with it. Have you got a diary? X

Had a very good day food wise.

I was up at 545 to go for my pt session which nearly did me in!! I go to gym a lot but this was something new.

Breakfast-

Lunch- chicken salad
Sweet chilli sauce 2

Meringue with low fat whipped cream with strawberries and a packet of mini finger 8.5

Dinner-
Chicken in Toms with roasted veg and butternut squash chips slice of bread (b)

I've really tried to cut back but couldn't resist the meringue, a friend bought them. I did jacket pots for them but was happy with my salad.

I didn't realise how quickly Syns add up. Now doing it properly I can see why I wasn't losing weight. X
 
Morning

This is why I always keep a diary. Recently I made up a laminated sheet with syns up to 105 & mark off with marker when used. It fits in bag so can carry around with you. You can remove the marker with nail polish remover & re-use :)

Lots of salad and chilli with a dressing 2 Syns

Pork steak
Roasted veg and butternut squash chips
Slice of bread (b)

I know I'm not having loads of huge meals but I'm really trying to change my habits as I'm a person who over eats.

Been to gym this morning and did body combat for a hour and then tonight I'm going running x
