I read what you put about 4000 cal days P, I have counted 4661 this week :eek:...gotta be controlled on DD and UD's from now on :) x

Don't worry Lotto, I think it's par for the course.

We hear the words 'eat normally, eat what you want' so we set off on a food frenzy, then wonder why we don't lose weight, then try and get our heads sorted and THEN realise (again) that for some of us there is no 'normal' where food is concerned. Doesn't mean we can't win, of course, just means we need to plan and control.

43 years it's taken me to learn that lesson (except I haven't really learned because I still think I can cheat and break the rules!! ;))

Sigh ;)

I think coming from super restrictive dukan to a seeminly "all-you-can-eat" buffet is what set me going :) thankfully it's not taken me too long to realise I can't carry on like this :eek::) if only! x
