This time I WILL do it :D

Was feeling really meh earlier but I've just been out and bought some bits to help with running as I've got that plantar fasciitis thing in both heels and omg they were hurting after my first run. But just bought some heel grips with cusions in them and omg makes it SO much easier :D .... omg I'm actually contemplating doing a 10k in late May ...who'd of thunk it ;) x x x
 
YAY!!! See! Told ya you'd love it!!! I'm out in the morning!! I need some proper running clothing though.... Getting serious now!! ; ) x
 
I'm not buying anything proper just yet ...had to get the heel grips n foot support just to make it safe to run with my feet :(

But going to wait until I'm smaller to buy some proper running gear and also giving myself a good month to make sure that I stick to it ;) x x x
 
wow well done girls with the running. I can't pluck up the courage to do that yet. Think I need to shed a few more pounds first but am loving the swimming and walking.
 
Well took myself back to the chemists today even tho I have enough stuff to keep me going for 2 weeks ;) rather happy with WI 17st dead but it is TOTM so I'm happy with that for the first WI of the new year :)

I am now back and going to sort myself out and get fit for my wedding :) in August x x x
 
Having a tough time ATM :(

Don't know why but atm I can't seem to get back into 100% :( manage a lil bit then cave mainly because of emotions which isn't good. Still feeling really meh after Xmas illnesses and my lil girl had a severe allergic reaction to something last week and that was a scary time :( I'm not giving up on trying to be 100% and that is the main difference this time round ...not just saying oh well nevermind I tried.

I am sticking with the running ...but ONLY at night atm not brave enough to run during the daytime yet!

I need to get back on here reading the diary's and getting the support I need to get back into the swing of things. Just feeling so out of sorts can't put my finger on 1 thing that's wrong and its really throwing me off :(

I'm going to book a nurses app and see if it might be the pill I'm on or just everything that's going on atm ...daughter is on a referral for allergy testing :( but until then has to stay away from tomatoes of all things!

Hey Tru, Sorry your having it hard lately hun, hope your little girl recovers quickly and I imagine it is very scary hun when your kids have a bad reaction to tomatoes! My mum was allergic to strawberrys apparently and thats not been passed to me thankfully though.
I found it a real struggle getting back on 100% again and I knew in my heart that I would... hence the having a high protein meal at night now..:(
I really could not invisage another 4 months TFR.. but thats just me hun... If your determined then good for you and I admire that in you as wish I had that still !! Hope all goes well and try get back on posting everyday, even if its just your diary and no replies to anyone elses if thats all you can find time for..... Hi Tru, maybe just not the right time for TFR at the moment. I'm struggling too if it helps. Back to my maintaing weight but can't get lower. Every couple of days i say right, back on TFR then 2 shakes in i decide Nope, I'll do healthy eating and low carb. Not sure where my head is it.

Hope your little girl is ok. Been a hard few months for you with one thing and another.

Regarding the diet, like above post, why not try 2 shakes n a meal n see if that works better for u at the moment n maybe consider TFR again after a few weeks if u wish.
Hope everything settles down soon chick n do what's best for u.

THINK DRESS.....

Know its easy for me to say.... But you can do this... Its january its crap... but just think its a week.... Then you'll be back in the swing of things.... Have you just been eating normally or picking.... Why not try having a few things in that won't affect your ketosis..... just for a week or two!!!

Cheese/eggs/chicken... and when you tempted go with something like that!!! You'll soon be in ketosis and then you won't want it....

You can do this babe!!!

Now come on lovely lets get our heads back in the game! I was in a shocker of a doldrum up until yesterday! Now its gone and 'I'm Back!' and I want you back on track too!!

I know it must have been horrible to go through that with your little girl but she will be fine now and you are doing everything you can to figure out how to ensure it doesnt happen again so do try not to worry.. you will get it all sorted.

Now then..... lets get this focus back! That dress is waiting and you know you can do it, January sucks and its hard work to stick to anything when its so horrible out there but just remember how worth it it feels when you see those scales going down and when that dress needs to be taken in!

You can do this Tru! I also have faith! xxx

Thanks Ladies the support on here as usual is amazing so a Very big thank u to u all. I decided to go and try my dress on again tomorrow...which will either impress me or spur me on to do this properly :)

I've been picking but have bought some Atkins bars as they don't affect the ketosis ;) trying to have 3 shakes but if I need a bar I will have that instead of a shake.

January is a Crap month ur right Dee. I am still running so it's not all bad I'm on as well so that never helps anything lol x x x
 
That's more like it! Have you tried the Atkins cereal bars? I find them more filling than the choc bar and tastier than the big meal bars. U can use them from day 1 on Atkins so they definitely won't affect your ketosis and I feel less like I've "cheated" with them than the chocolate
I bought a box last week after the chicken sandwich fiasco and feel so much better knowing I have my emergency stash!
