Went to my first Spinning class today. OMG I thought I was either going to pass out or be sick. I did manage to finish though, which I'm proud of
. But my bum is agony! The saddle was so uncomfortable and now I'm struggling to sit on a normal chair. Bet it'll be worse tomorrow as well lol.
I've signed up for another early morning class on Wednesday - I've got an early meeting Monday and there's no class on Tuesday. I must be honest though, whether I go or not will depend on my pain levels tomorrow!
I forgot to post yesterday - I went to SW and fell asleep when I got in! Only lost 0.5lb but I know it was probably due to last weeks pizza. I am proud though that I didn't let my disappointment ruin my good food day - I had 15syns
