Hi fitty ;) I think you did remarkably well eating ( binge in your words) healthy foods, as has been mentioned it could have been a lot worse and could have been crips, cake or choccy, so well done. They always say dont go shopping when hungry. 7.5 syns for the day is a good amount. Dont beat yourself up, everything you had was "allowed" :D
 
Try to find something that's enjoyable and maybe get a workout buddy. Have you tried Zumba that's fun :)

Yeah I enjoyed Zumba when I did it before. I just struggle to find the time with working and the children. Before work is good for me as its over and done with and I'm not missing time with the kids. Its just the thought of getting up at 5:45 to workout lol x

Thanks Texty. I still felt guilty though at the rate and amount that I was shovelling in and I wasn't really hungry. Never mind, like you said I'm within my syns and it could've been much much worse!

Finally sorted the gym out! My first ever spinning class is 7am Friday morning - gulp!
I didn't realise my pwork subsidise the gym and so monthly membership for employee's is £8.33 a month! Bargain!
Raring to go at the moment - classes tend to work better for me so figured I could do 3 spinning classes a week and 1 kettlebell class and be all done and in work for 8:30. Well if all goes to plan...

So food today - bit sparse I must admit cos I'm feeling bunged up again if you catch my drift (sorry if TMI) :)

HExA = Nothing
HExB = 20 almonds

BREAKFAST:
Mullerlight and fresh raspberries

LUNCH:
HExB, 1 ryvita (1.5 syns) and a Kelloggs Breakfast Bar (4 syns)

DINNER:
SW spicy wedges
Blueberries

TOTAL SYNS = 5.5 SYNS

Wow that is a bargain. Spinning is my fave exercise it is intense but I feel amazing when ive finished. id love to do kettlebell. there arnt any classes here.
 
Your feeling the way I had been for the last week and a half hun -its awful cos you feel sluggish and yuk. I also had horrible gripping pains in my tummy. Had to take a senna ive never done that in my life before
 
Kel - I was surprised how cheap it is but at least OH can't moan!

Thats just what I said to Fran yesterday I looked about 7mnths and the skin on my tummy felt so tight. its horrible , take something to help hun dont wait until your in pain like i did
 
I have such painful stomach cramps today but cab't really take anything until the weekend as I'm in work and don't want to be rushing to the toilet every few mins. Argh!

May have to make a docs appointment to see if there's anything else going on as I seems to be getting this alot.

Went to my first Spinning class today. OMG I thought I was either going to pass out or be sick. I did manage to finish though, which I'm proud of :). But my bum is agony! The saddle was so uncomfortable and now I'm struggling to sit on a normal chair. Bet it'll be worse tomorrow as well lol.

I've signed up for another early morning class on Wednesday - I've got an early meeting Monday and there's no class on Tuesday. I must be honest though, whether I go or not will depend on my pain levels tomorrow!

I forgot to post yesterday - I went to SW and fell asleep when I got in! Only lost 0.5lb but I know it was probably due to last weeks pizza. I am proud though that I didn't let my disappointment ruin my good food day - I had 15syns :)

Today's food:
HExA = Nothing
HExB = 20 Almonds

BREAKFAST: 2 Eggs, Mushrooms and 1 TBSP brown sauce (1 syn)

LUNCH: HExB, Pineapple

DINNER: Spicy Chicken, Rice and Mixed Veg

SNACKS: Skinny Latte (6 syns) Walkers Baked Star Crisps (4.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 11.5 SYNS

EXERCISE = 45 mins spinning

Hi Hun, you should be proud for getting through spin its intense but does get easier. If the seats really bother you, you can buy cushioned seats from sports shops or maybe eBay would be cheaper. Well done on the loss. :)
 
Thanks Kel. I'm hoping it'll get easier. I'm in more pain with my bum today than I was after my c-section! Lol

A gel seat is defo the way to go I think. I'll have to have a browse on Ebay tomorrow x

Hi hun - have you ever been checked for IBS? Ive had it since I was 3yrs old, it cripples me at times, really bad cramps and hot sweats at times. It may be worth checking out
 
No, never have Texty. Lately I'm thinking I may have to go to the docs and get checked out. The stomach cramps are so painful - the same sort of pains you get when you've taken a few laxatives. And when I need the loo, I have to go then, it's impossible to wait. And cold sweats and awful tummy when I do need to go...

Sorry if TMI - I just don't want to go to the doctors unless I have an idea of what's wrong. I also suffer endometriosis and they put any type of stomach discomfort down to that even though I know its not the same type of pain...
 
Everything you have said are the symptoms I get with my IBS - the girls at work can tell when mine has flared up cos I switch the fan on to cool me down and my face apparently goes grey lol. Then I have to "run" as the pain is so intense. I pick my hubby up every night from work(he works 2 minutes away), and its been so bad ive had to ring him and say get your coat on NOWWWWWWWWW we are going home, then I drive like a bat out of hell, how ive not been pulled for speeding I dont know lol. I get paranoid and wont use the loos at work hubby goes mad with me. Ive even gone home and then gone back to pick him up from work which is stupid bearing in mind he only works 2 mins away, but I had to "go" lol the pain was bad
 
I know exactly how you feel. I don't like using work toilets either - I always worry how long I'm in there!

I think I'll have to make an appoint next week. Is there anything they can give you to help? X
 
Butt easing today and legs are fine so looks like spinning on Wednesday is on lol.

Quiet day today so not really much to say ?

Today's food:
HExA = 40g Reduced Fat Cheddar
HExB = Nothing (as of yet, may have some almonds later)

BREAKFAST:
Watermelon - roughly about a quarter, so quite alot!

LUNCH:
2 Quorn Sausages (2 syns), mushrooms, baked beans, 1 egg and 1 TBSP brown sauce (1 syn)

DINNER:
SW Pizza - made with a wholemeal tortilla wrap (5.5 syns) as the base and topped with mushrooms, peppers, onion, chilli, pineapple and cheddar (HExA)

SNACKS:
2 slices Scan Bran Cake (2 syns) made with toffee mullerlight and options hot choc
25ml vodka and diet coke (2.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 13 SYNS
 
They can give you Buscopan or Colpermin, these are supposed to stop the cramps in the tummy. They never worked for me lol.

I just put up with it now :(

I'll make an appointment next week I think. Just to get a diagnosis more than anything so at least I'll have a valid reason to keep moaning lol x
