I hate it when i hear of C's being so useless! when i start my own group in September i will always respond. The local TD or area Manager round here wouldn't allow such cr@p C's work here, if she's that bad report her! your paying for a service so you should receive one!

Ooh I didn't know you were going to be a C! You'll be great!

My C has never been any good, I only text when really struggling but never get a response or even an acknowledgement that I have text when I see her at WI.
Wouldn't like to report her as I'd feel mean, I'll see how I go this week on my own and if I'm struggling then maybe I'll change to the group by the new house c
 
Day one. So far so good.

Have been to the gym and have stuck to plan.

Have also researched other SW groups and apparently there is a great, inspirational group on Saturday mornings a short drive away from me. Maybe I'll investigate on the weekend...

Today's food:
HExA = 2 Babybel
HExB = Weetabix Oaty Bar

BREAKFAST:
Mullerlight

LUNCH:
Mild Curry Savoury Rice with added Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Yellow Peppers

DINNER:
SW Chips & 2 Eggs

SNACKS:
Mullerlight

TOTAL SYNS = 0 SYNS
 
Well done getting back on it hun - the Saturday group sounds just what you need, I would give it a try as a visitor see how it goes and then for the sake of a short drive if its good I would swap over . x
 
That's what I thought hun. I've spoken to a friend today and her mother, aunty and friend all lost weight at the group and found it very supportive. Think I remember the C when she covered my group once x
 
I know a few people who go to a Saturday group and find the early WI perfect as it stops then binging over the weekend as motivation is still high after group. From your recent comments it may be perfect for you to lose those final few pounds xx

Will have to WI at my group on Thursday as I haven't been in two weeks and we were told that after a holiday you must return to your own group or you'll be charged for the holiday weeks at a visitor group. Something to do with the computers or something.
Then I'll go Saturday as well and see that :) x

Feel a bit shaky today, too much caffeine no doubt!
Someone said it was good before going to the gym so had a black espresso and have been bouncing off the walls since!

Today's food:
HExA = 350ml Skimmed Milk
HExB = Weetabix

BREAKFAST:
Weetabix (HExB) and Milk (HExA)

LUNCH:
Batchelors Mild Curry Noodle Deli Pot

DINNER:
Chicken Steak with Hot Salsa (0.5 syn) and Sweet Potato wedges

Cherries

I must say you have just given me the motivation I can do something about my weight! I seem to have a lot of syns each day and how you manage on 0.5 just amazes me! X

Hi Pebbles!

I don't usually have so little but I had a very bad weekend off-plan and decided to try to keep syns to a minimum this week to try to 'detox' myself a little and to ease me back into the plan.

It still amazes me when people say I motivate them - thank you :) - I've had my fair share of ups and downs throughout my slimming journey but hopefully I'll get there.

You can do something about your weight, just focus and trust the plan. It really does work if you stick to it. It's the only thing for me that has worked!

I saw the programme the other day comparing work outs with and without caffeine based coffee. The lady was able to do 20% longer on the treadmill with caffeine. (Or something like that)
