Hi gill hope you are doing well. At what stage of your weight loss did you start the C25K? I think my knees couldn't take the strain yet so I am sticking to aqua aerobics and walking at the moment. Thanks xx
Thanks Gill. I think I will wait another stone. Then give a go and see how I get on. Don't want to risk any damage or being unable to continue with the exercise I am doing. How are things with you at the moment?I started it when I had lost a good chunk but was about a size 18 down from a 26 Your doing excellent!
I'm going to try a few days of SE if I can, I struggle to do 1/3 superfree so dont know how ill manage 2/3 lol

Hi guys. You are all welcome over to mine. I will go and get the spare beds ready for you. Need cheering up. Drove down to London to buy myself a new Indian outfit for my mums 60th birthday. Nothing fits me at all. When I say nothing, I am not exaggerating .... Nothing at all! Not one outfit out of the whole shop. Gutted. Have taken the day off work, driven 100 miles there and 100 miles back, been to 8 different shops and all for nothing. Been in tears as I really thought 4 stones would mean I could get into something! The nearest size to me was 3" too small! Ended up in tesco looking for a new dress. What a waste of a day. Miserable now
Well we're sort of doing it a bit backwards - we're trying now and saving in hope that if I get pregnant before we have our own place they will want us out so they will lend us the money we need to make up the rest of the deposit lol xx

Haha - mine's a self-confessed scavenger as well. He just sat there scoffing down a lunch worth of Cauliflower & Broccoli bake down wondering allowed 'what are these red lumps' (tomato) before declaring it 'quite tasty for skinny food'. *Sigh!*
Hi Texty. I have just tried 2 weeks of SE. It was hard to manage 2/3rds. To be honest I managed 5 days and managed breakfast and lunch on SE properly and dinner was 1/3rd. I have been having a big bowl of fruit for breakfast with muller lights and at lunchtime a large salad with loads of super free - onions, tomatoes, cucumber, gherkins, peppers then adding a small amount of protein or cheese with extra light salad cream. It really wasn't too bad. I didn't feel deprived or hungry as I kept grazing on fruit or cucumbers/carrot sticks, etc. give it a go and if you need any help, just holler xxI'm going to try a few days of SE if I can, I struggle to do 1/3 superfree so dont know how ill manage 2/3 lol

We initially lived with OH's friends - all boys, I couldn't stick it. Then into an awful Private Rental, then at 7 months pregnant we moved into another private rental where we ended up staying for 4 years and had baby no2 inbetween.
Finally bought our own place in March - 6yrs later than planned lol x
