Thanks hun. I've lost two weeks in a row now for the first time in weeks. I need to make sure that psychologically it's not going to trigger a binge or a self-destruct week.

If I get back to it tomorrow I can make sure that doesn't happen x
 
You can do it :) plenty of days before your weigh in to keep on track
 
Thanks both. Bloody hope I see the 10's. Would be so nice as me and OH go away together for a night for out wedding anniversary on the 28th so will miss WI that week and would love to be in the 10's to go x

Your doing really well, you do show lots of control by only having a small pizza if that was me I'd be having large pizzas, chips and choc
A small pizza won't ruin your week don't let your head take over xx
 
Argh! Saturday food shopping with two kids and OH! Say no more.
Stressed today, have been trying to book a holiday next summer with my parents as they want to have one holiday with the kids when they're still small. As we can only go in school hols cos of Mam's job, all the prices are extortionate. Needless to say tempers have frayed today, everyone seems to want different things.

Anyway, today's food:
HExA = 2 Babybel
HExB = 5 Scan Bran

BREAKFAST:
Nothing

LUNCH:
Smash Potato Cakes, 2x Quorn Sausages (2 syns), 2x Egg and Beans
Shape 0% Yoghurt

DINNER:
Nothing

SNACKS:
Greggs Gingerbread Man (10.5 syns)
SB (HExB) Cake - Vanilla Essence, Eggs, Sweetener, Shape Raspberry Yoghurt and Raspberries
Cherries

TOTAL SYNS = 12.5 SYNS
Exercise - Gym
 
Leave them at home next time. Or even better send them out food shopping instead lol. Hope you've recovered from your shopping trip now hun. Did you like the potato cakes?? Xx
 
Yeah they were really nice and filling!
May try adding spring onions next time or some fish - like tuna - and making them into little potato and fish cakes.

Or cheese...Hmmmm so many ideas :)

Potato cakes sound lovely is there a recipe on here.

I know the stress bout holidays I only get the hold of and it's nearly 3 grand for a week in Spain. They shouldn't be aloud to charge that much

I made them with Smash and hot water, salt and pepper, waited for it to cool a bit and shaped into 'cakes'.

Mrs Store made them the other day, and I thought I'd give em a go x
