All ready to go back to work tomorrow :-(. Been a funny week, working odd days here and there.

Anyway, planned lunches for next week at work - have a batch of SW Leek and Potato soup cooking now ready to freeze.

Have got straight back to plan today too after yesterday so am pleased with myself for that

Tesco Finest Edamame and Pea Salad

Thanks both. I went back to work Monday but feels odd as did half day yesterday, off today and then half day again on Friday as we're off to look at a nursery for Freya.
