My C told me to relax a little before I went away as I was too focused and determined to lose every week she said I was trying too hard. Try chilling a little hun see if it makes a difference. Just keep going though and dont be so hard on yourself, were our own worst enemies lol
 
Think I'll give it a go Texty. We are always too critical of ourselves and when you stop and think about it, we've all come a long way x
 
Exactly hun - just see how you go over the next few days until your WI on Thurs. Try not to overthink things and relax
 
Have tried to chill a little today and eat when hungry. I have eaten more than usual though as * week is approaching...
Haven't had any syns to make up for yesterday:

HExA = 175ml Whole Milk
HExB = Kellogg's Chewy Bar

BREAKFAST:
Strawberries

LUNCH:
Salad - Lettuce, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Radish, Spring Onions, Beetroot, Pickled Onions, Egg and New Potatoes

DINNER:
Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli Pasta with added Mushrooms and Garlic and made with milk (HExA)

SNACKS:
Kellogg's Chewy Bar (HExB)
Apple
Mullerlight
Cockles

TOTAL SYNS = 0 SYNS

And im sure it will show on the scales just stay positive you know what your doing its just getting back into staying focused. I couldnt wait to get home and start eating healthy again, even though all I ate during the day was salads, and i hardly drank any alcohol I still feel like I need to de tox my system lol. Ive not eaten so much bread for ages but it was all I could stomach whilst ill. WI on wed get that out of the way then back on form for me
 
I suppose the novelty of eating 'naughty' things wear off quickly.

Well done for sticking to the salads though and not drinking much. Takes some willpower! X
 
Lightbulb moment! Dr gave me a high dose of iron as my iron count was so low. Cos it causes constipation he also prescribed me Lactulose.

Just looked at the bottle and it's basically sugar. Do you think this may have impacted on my weight loss? X
 
Fed up with the scales today as you may have guessed from all my posts!

Food:
HExA = 170ml whole milk
HExB = 35g Porridge Oats

BREAKFAST:
Porridge made with HExB and Mullerlight with fresh Blueberries

LUNCH:
Salad - Lettuce, Red Cabbage, Carrot, Cucumber, Tomato, Spring Onion, Radish, Beetroot, Potato, Egg

Apple

DINNER:
Batchelors Cheese and Broccoli pasta with added Mushrooms and Garlic. Made with HExA - have had quite a few of these this week. Find them so quick and easy but really filling.

SNACKS:
Banana
Hoops and Crossed Crisps (4.5 syns)

Hi hunnie ive just checked for you and lactulose liquid is Free so I dont think its that. Dont be too negative you still have 2 days to WI our scales are devils xx
 
Yeah I just checked as well. Didn't think it would be on there but it was.

Ah I dunno, just frustrated that I've been so good and seemed to have gained. Hopefully my scales are broken lol. I can hope! X
 
It could be the iron tablets rather than the lactulose if your a little bunged up. Thats why im reluctant to take the codeine again :-( cos the last time It bunged me right up and I had a gain of 2.5. Ill keep my fingers crossed for you x
 
Stupidly I feel slimmer and healthier this week. Think a week truly on plan has kick-started my motivation again. X
