This time I will do it!!...

I set target tonight with my C and have decided that i would like to try to get to 10stone. So that leaves another stone and a half. Can almost see the finish line now lol x
 
You can do it hun its well within reach now. Set little goals and you will get there dont think in stones I find it makes it harder lol
 
I just want to get to 11stone next and then I'm going to treat myself with something from the Estee Lauder make up counter :)

Have had crisps tonight and then a croissant as a 'treat'. Feel urgh now and am sick of treating myself with food and need to get out of the habit so am going to save £20 out of my monthly pay each month and then when I hit my mini-goals I can treat myself to something I really want. X

Batchelors Cheese & Broccoli pasta made with HExA and with added Mushrooms and Garlic

DINNER:
Spiced potato rings and Quorn Chilli and Lime Burger (1.5 syns) with red onions and a homemade spicy salsa thing (tomato puree, garlic, smoked paprika, chilli powder)

SNACKS:
2x Tangerine
Mullerlight Greek Style Lemon (0.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 2 SYNS

Hi Hun how do you make the spicy potato rings?
 
Peel potatoes, cut them into circles.

Boil until just soft.

Drain and dry.

Put them back into the saucepan, spy with frylight and add salt and any spice you want. I used Cajun.

Shake to roughen the edges and get them evenly coated in the spice.

Into the Airfryer for 20minutes and they come out lovely and crispy!

Same as wedges really lol x

They were lovely. Felt naughty but completely free.

I'd really recommend the airfryer. They are expensive, bought £150 i think but we had ours on offer at £99. I use it for everything and it speeds up the cooking time. X

When I'm actually looking okay - haven't even got dressed today - I'll take a photo of me now and post them for comparison.

I was 15 stone 7 starting and got no photo's I'm 13.6 now and still feel huge. The photo in my profile is when I got to 11 stone 8 and felt really good. It's really sad because if anything happens to me kids would have hardly any photo's to look back on makes me even more determined to get down and never be camera shy :) xx
 
Oh hun! We're so alike lol. Have one picture of me with the baby - taken the day she was born! And no photos at 15st 7lbs either.

None of me pregnant either...

Ah well, our children have us and soon they'll have super fit mummy's who will be in a the snaps looking fab!

You've done amazingly well hun, you will get to where you want to be. Just think how far you've come - over 2st is a huge loss as it is! X
 
Morning hun how are you today? I dont have a lot of pics either as I hated being overweight so I was the one taking them rather than being in them.

Better than I did yesterday lol. Still feel sickly but thats probably lack of food lol.
