God I hate decorating! OH is painting the hallway and stairs. Flipping nightmare! Hate mess lol.
And my son has been a monster today! From the minute he woke up to the minute I put him to bed early. Argh! Rant over lol.

BREAKFAST:

LUNCH:
Batchelors Cheese & Broccoli pasta made with HExA and with added Mushrooms and Garlic
DINNER:
Spiced potato rings and Quorn Chilli and Lime Burger (1.5 syns) with red onions and a homemade spicy salsa thing (tomato puree, garlic, smoked paprika, chilli powder)
SNACKS:
2x Tangerine
Mullerlight Greek Style Lemon (0.5 syns)
TOTAL SYNS = 2 SYNS
Peel potatoes, cut them into circles.
Boil until just soft.
Drain and dry.
Put them back into the saucepan, spy with frylight and add salt and any spice you want. I used Cajun.
Shake to roughen the edges and get them evenly coated in the spice.
Into the Airfryer for 20minutes and they come out lovely and crispy!
Same as wedges really lol x
OMG! Found a phot of myself from May 2011 when i weighed about 13st 7lbs. I looked huge and to think I started SW this time at 15st 7lbs!! No wonder I never took photos when I was that size!
When I'm actually looking okay - haven't even got dressed today - I'll take a photo of me now and post them for comparison.
