FFS! Now I've blown it - 2 homemade cupcakes in a meeting and a McD's wrap, crosscuts and mocha latte on the way to another!
I know it's not an excuse but think that seen as the scales are showing a gain when I've been 100%, I kinda thought "why not then". Not the attitude to have and now I'm annoyed with myself.
Wanted 2lbs off this week. Guess the scales will tell on Thursday :-(.
