Going to Ireland see my best friend & Freyas godmother on saturday. Ferry from cairnryan to belfast then a 2 hour drive to skerries (outside dublin) then we are back on Friday
 
nope 2 sleep ekkkk. I have changed the beds, hoovered & tidied upstairs but not cleaning the bathroom yet cause I am in the middle of dying my hair lol

Well at WI I was 11st 6lbs! Am pleased with that as when I weighed in unofficially last Thursday (didn't go to group last week), I weighed 11st 9lbs so that'll be a nice 3lbs loss!

Usually on a WI day I have treats and class it as some sort of black hole. Not today!! I intend to continue with the plan 100% for another week (I can only focus on a day/week at a time atm).

Also, I actually had food today! Normay on a WI day I don't eat until I've WI at 5:30. Maybe that was what was making me derail once I got home. Feel so much better for eating and like I'm in control :)

Really pleased with myself for doing this, feels like I've turned a corner and that I fully back in the SW game!



Today's food:
HExA = 70g Low Fat Soft Cheese
HExB = 5 Scan Bran

BREAKFAST:
Scan Bran, Mullerlight, Strawberries and Raspberries

LUNCH:
Pasta, Mushrooms, Red Onion, Garlic and Soft Cheese (HExA)

DINNER:
Cajun Spices SW crispy Wedges

SNACKS:
2x Sugar Free Sweet (1 syns)
Mint KitKat (5.5 syns)

TOTAL SYNS = 6 syns

Slight change of plan. Not having the KitKat as my treat tonight, whipped up a quick coffee and walnut SB cake instead.
Takes my daily syns to 14.5 today as I'd resdy used my HExB - but so worth it! X
